Great Customer Service My wife and I had a real problem going over our lease miles by 20,000 before reaching our 3 year lease agreement. Craig Sabarese and John, Director of My wife and I had a real problem going over our lease miles by 20,000 before reaching our 3 year lease agreement. Craig Sabarese and John, Director of Finance, were able to help us get out of our lease early and got us into a new Corolla which is financed. Thanks to Toyota our problems were solved right away. Once you buy a car, they forget about you. I am quite happy with the car I bought (highlander 2008) and they are very nice before you buy a car, however the way they treat you after is far fro I am quite happy with the car I bought (highlander 2008) and they are very nice before you buy a car, however the way they treat you after is far from being fair. I had a situation and the sales person who left a few days after the car was sold and his manager promised to give me a discount of $700 in a form of check issued in my name which I was supposed to receive a few weeks ago. Now I simply can't reach those guys and they are not interested in getting back to you, so be ware when they make promises - don't trust them and get everything before you make the purchase. More
