No need to read between the lines, just read the lines. Don't misunderstand my 3 star review. 3 stars is "average" on this "DealerRater" web site. Toyota of Hopkinsville used to sell NEW and used Toyota Don't misunderstand my 3 star review. 3 stars is "average" on this "DealerRater" web site. Toyota of Hopkinsville used to sell NEW and used Toyotas as well as other used cars. But ever since the pandemic, there are very FEW new cars on the lot for them to sell. This is no different that any other car dealership. They have a service department and a parts department also. They still function like normal (as far as I can tell). Recently Toyota of Hopkinsville ran a special sales event. It worked out well for those lucky few that got the BIG deal. Even after the cost out the door was more than 700% higher after the tax, title, license, document, shipping, handling, processing, registration, preparation, dealer, customer, manager, water, etc. fees were all added in. Fortunately, even after all that, the car was sold for a fair price. I would not buy a NEW car from ANY ealership until about a year after the economy and pandemic improve (a new administration might help too) So around 2025? More
