I brought my new car at Toyota/Scion of Scranton early in 2012 and, in June, I brought it in for its first service. I live in another state but have relatives in the Scranton area. I found Toyota of Scranto 2012 and, in June, I brought it in for its first service. I live in another state but have relatives in the Scranton area. I ordered a part on-line and made my appointment for my 5,000 service visit. Both were done at the same time. No wait as I pulled my Van into the garage and spoke with an associate. We called and after talking with Andy Noone, Sales rep, we were invited to look and test drive the Rav 4. After spending an hour or so with Andy my wife I decided not to look any further. We are first time owners of a Toyota and were sold on the Toyota Care and how professional Andy and other staff members treated us while we inquired on the vehicle.
