Bad Service I made an appointment for a recall 6 weeks ahead of time. After waiting 1 1/2 hours they came out and said they could not do it. Reason being they did I made an appointment for a recall 6 weeks ahead of time. After waiting 1 1/2 hours they came out and said they could not do it. Reason being they didn't have the parts. Did they not know that when they called to confirm the appointment on the Friday before. Unacceptable. They wasted my time. Now again I have to waste my day off to have this fixed. Not that I have any faith in them. When I first bought my Yaris I sold two more for them. NEVER will I suggest Toyota of Scranton. Also they said I needed a new drive belt. I took it to my mechanic. I don't need a new belt. More

Love The Dealership Let me say first off, I have had many wonderful experiences with this dealership. I recently had some small damage to my drivers side door. My deali Let me say first off, I have had many wonderful experiences with this dealership. I recently had some small damage to my drivers side door. My dealings with the repair persons were not up to I believe the dealerships "happy customers" standards. I believe the one person Lisa in this area was very fake and did not care about the person. She smiled at you while speaking very rude. I was told it would be a two day stay and it turned out to be four. When I called to ask if the car was ready she said she would call me when it was and she had no idea. At the time, I also had a service appointment scheduled. Everytime I asked her about the service she said she wasn't sure if it could or would be done because it was in her area. The question needed a yes or no answer. I hesitate to write this because I believe they did a wonderful job on the car and if I had to go back again I probably would, but, dealing with her was not pleasant at all. As far as the service, it was completed, I believe, as I never spoke with anyone and Lisa said when I asked her that yes it was completed. More
