Bad Service I made an appointment for a recall 6 weeks ahead of time. After waiting 1 1/2 hours they came out and said they could not do it. Reason being they did I made an appointment for a recall 6 weeks ahead of time. After waiting 1 1/2 hours they came out and said they could not do it. Reason being they didn't have the parts. Did they not know that when they called to confirm the appointment on the Friday before. Unacceptable. They wasted my time. Now again I have to waste my day off to have this fixed. Not that I have any faith in them. When I first bought my Yaris I sold two more for them. NEVER will I suggest Toyota of Scranton. Also they said I needed a new drive belt. I took it to my mechanic. I don't need a new belt. More

Love The Dealership Let me say first off, I have had many wonderful experiences with this dealership. I recently had some small damage to my drivers side door. My dealings with the repair persons were not up to I believe the dealerships "happy customers" standards. I believe the one person Lisa in this area was very fake and did not care about the person. She smiled at you while speaking very rude. I was told it would be a two day stay and it turned out to be four. When I called to ask if the car was ready she said she would call me when it was and she had no idea. At the time, I also had a service appointment scheduled. Everytime I asked her about the service she said she wasn't sure if it could or would be done because it was in her area. The question needed a yes or no answer. I hesitate to write this because I believe they did a wonderful job on the car and if I had to go back again I probably would, but, dealing with her was not pleasant at all. As far as the service, it was completed, I believe, as I never spoke with anyone and Lisa said when I asked her that yes it was completed. More

From the time I pull into the service area to the paying of the bill, service, I am always pleased when I bring in my 2000 Toyota Camry for service. From the time I pull into the service area to the paying of the bill, service, service, service, is always first on these peoples list. They open the door when you pull in, show you the way in, a person is always ready to set you up and then you can wait in the very comfortable waiting area. When they tell you it will take about an hour or an hour and a half, they are usually correct up to the minute. And the final gesture of service, you leave there with a freshly washed car!! I cannot express how wonderful it is for the service to be the same all the time---courteous and pleasant. If a problem shows up while they are working on the car, they will come and tell you what the problem is, how much it will cost and any additional time it will take for servicing. They are a 5 star dealership. More
