I made an appointment for an oil change and mentioned recently purchasing the car. After 2 hours I walked up to Jessie’s desk and he said he was just about to go find me. He then handed me a list of sugg recently purchasing the car. After 2 hours I walked up to Jessie’s desk and he said he was just about to go find me. He then handed me a list of suggested services that totaled over 5K dollars, including “alignment with new tires” and “rear wiper replacement” (on there twice although there’s only 1 rear wiper) When I asked about this he was condescending, answered 3 different phone calls in the middle of our conversation, then said “some people want to fix things before they become an issue but if I want to let it run to the ground that’s fine”. He said the new tires were on there because they “hadn’t noticed the tires are new” (they were purchased 2 weeks ago). I left the dealership wondering why expert mechanics would have a difficult time identifying new tires and why they were so eager to add a list of excessive services that they are not able to justify. Jesse was extremely disrespectful, I will not be back. More

Sean Johnson was very patient as I dithered around about buying a car, and when I was finally ready, he found the car I wanted. The purchase and financing processes were clear and easy. The dealership is exceptionally clean and nicely laid out, with plenty of space to sit (and socially distant yourself) while waiting. They have excellent snacks and beverages. This is my first Subaru. I am thrilled to be part of the Subaru family, and in particular, the Tucson Subaru family. More
