I would not recommend to anybody to service their car at Universal Nissan. I have Nissan myself and I love the car, however the service experience was horrible. I made an appointment for Tuesday and took da Universal Nissan. I have Nissan myself and I love the car, however the service experience was horrible. I made an appointment for Tuesday and took day off so that they can do safety inspection for my car. I dropped of the car around 8am and was told it will be ready for pick up at 2pm, however at 1pm I received a phone call from service technician telling me he won't be able to get to my car today and if I want the service I need to leave it overnight and pick up next day in the morning. Needless to say half a day was wasted. I just wish they would tell me earlier that they are overbooked and will not be able to perform the service and I had an option to take it somewhere else. More

This has been my second experience buying a vehicle in your dealer, the attention and service was outstanding. Your employee Angelo Rivera showed much more; his professionalism, he knew how to explain eve your dealer, the attention and service was outstanding. He gave me a wonderful time and made it very favourable to make business with your employee. I think Angelo has been the best dealer I have ever made business with and it is very good to know that. Visited the dealership for maintenance on my 2007 Pathfinder and visited with Ahmed who showed me the pros and cons of a new vs my current 87,000 miles Pathfinder. There was no pressure from Ahmed ju Pathfinder and visited with Ahmed who showed me the pros and cons of a new vs my current 87,000 miles Pathfinder. There was no pressure from Ahmed just recommendation considering I was also due for 4 new tires and was already out of warranty. I played over all possibilities including finances and sure enough Ahmed was able to work with me and we arrived at a reasonable agreement that fit my budget not affecting my current financial situation. He was my salesman for the 2007 and now again for the 2011. He's a great Salesman and I would recommend him any day More

This dealership is a private franchise, and they don't have to answer to Nissan Corp (heard this from a service technician at Reed Nissan on Colonial Dr.). Don't learn that information the hard way like have to answer to Nissan Corp (heard this from a service technician at Reed Nissan on Colonial Dr.). Don't learn that information the hard way like I did. I filled out their information sheet and dropped my car off for a computer/engine problem. An hour later (I was already at work), they called and asked if my car had been worked on at any non-Nissan dealerships. I said yes, and the guy said they wouldn't work on my car because of that, and because my car had over 100K miles (it's at 106K). I said why didn't the guy who took my keys tell me this before I dropped off my car, and he said the guy didn't know I had it worked on by other mechanics. I said he would've known if he HAD ASKED. I'm sure Universal Nissan staff is very helpful when you buy a new car. And as long as you trade in or sell your cars before they go over 100K miles, this won't affect you. But if not, this is the level of service you can expect from Universal Nissan. More
Not a fan of this dealer. The service department is horrible and the service techs are clueless. I had a recall done at this dealer and they scratched my door and stripped a lug nut.
