I have always had good luck with Bob Hastings. On my most recent maintenance visit, Jim Pelosi worked with me on some diagnostic problems I was having, which was greatly appreciated. I bought the car new from Bob Hastings, & have ALL of my service done there, so I appreciate the discounts, etc. for being a faithful & loyal customer. Michelle is always very upbeat & friendly as well. When I first got the car, I had a problem with the "Check Tire Pressure" light coming on. I took it in unannounced, & they fixed it free of charge. Plus the service technician told me how to turn off the light, which I have been able to do myself since then. I love my Lucerne & am very appreciative of the service staff there looking out for my best interest. I never feel like they do unnecessary work just to make money. Keep up the great job! More

Jim took me in without appointment as warning came up for ABS and traction control the previous evening. He couldn't promise he would do it the same day, but is was completed by early afternoon.
