Get email from Downtown VW wanting to bu my vehicle on a trade in on a new Tiguan. Had a gut feeling i was wasating my time but decided what the xxxx, lets try. 1st off the area they are located just suck trade in on a new Tiguan. Had a gut feeling i was wasating my time but decided what the xxxx, lets try. 1st off the area they are located just sucks. No parking what so ever. hen they tell you they have valet. Why didnt they say that on phone before i made 3 trips around he area to find a spot??? Now they come at me with a lower price o trade in & the price of the Tiguan is 3000.00 higher than they show online. I asked what is going on? Oh because of the car shaortage we add 3000.00 onto the price of the car.. I said well that seals the deal !!!!!!!! Take the car and jam it !!!!! Other VW dealers are not doing this at all, why should i gie you and extra 3000.00 and tax on that also??? Stay away from these people, nothing but crooks.... Hopefully enough people can read this before VW pulls it down. More

Worst car buying experience ever! They're disreputable, liars, and literal thieves! Car was junk and vehicle got returned after 140miles but dealership refuses to refund my $5000 deposit! Slowest service ever! I was repeatedly told 10 more minutes while I ended up at the dealership for over 4 hours. Lots of people standing around and I was told they were swamped yet I was the only custo minutes while I ended up at the dealership for over 4 hours. Lots of people standing around and I was told they were swamped yet I was the only customer there for the last 90 minutes. Then someone called to check on my experience, and they told me they would call me back that day. That was 3 weeks ago. NEVER AGAIN will I come here. More

I tried to schedule an appointment to change my wiper blades and check the back driver side inner light of the truck which never worked since I got the car . Called several times but no call back.
