The scheduling system is awful. I booked an oil change online 5 days earlier and opted for the "valet" service. Nobody came to pick up the car. Called in twice to their service line which seems like a gen online 5 days earlier and opted for the "valet" service. Nobody came to pick up the car. Ended up just driving to the service center and the service advisor told me valet service is not offered. More
