Engine light came on Saturday afternoon, drove it right to the VDC. Heberto called early Monday with the diagnosis (ignition coil blown), order the parts, did the repair early Tuesday (at reasonable cost) to the VDC. Problem not completely solved, but I think that is a Volkswagon issue, not the dealer issue. At one point, trying to get hold of service, I was transferred and hung up on, so I was not pleased with tha Volkswagon issue, not the dealer issue. I also was not happy I received a solicitation call from VW of Downtown at a time when I was trying to get this service issue resolved. It added to the confusion, as I thought it was a service person calling me. More
While the sales person was personable and helpful with various things, I was "sold" what was portrayed as a convenient service for getting out of state registration, license, and title, and wasn't aware t various things, I was "sold" what was portrayed as a convenient service for getting out of state registration, license, and title, and wasn't aware that "service" was going to cost an extra $175. The slow response meant I didn't get the plates until nearly a month after the temp drive-home sticker expired, and still haven't gotten the title over 2 months later. Also, I was told there was "several" months factory warranty left, with the clear implication it was good into mid year (purchase at end of January). I checked the local BMW dealer on 4/7 and was told it expired 31 March. Not quite "several months." The car is developing a vibration that I expected would be covered under the remaining oem warranty which I will now have to cover out of pocket. NOT HAPPY More

Angle was EXCEPTIONAL, I felt like I was buying a car with a friend the entrire time. She was honest, did what she said she was going to do, and went above and beyond.
