I bought my car almost 2 years ago, and as it was my first brand new car, I had so many questions, I was worried about getting a good deal and didn’t want to be leave hanging after comp and as it was my first brand new car, I had so many questions, I was worried about getting a good deal and didn’t want to be leave hanging after completing the purchase. And for the last 20months that I had the car I was well taken care of by everyone that I talked to at VW Downtown Chicago. The car isn’t even worth that much, it’s a 2006 Scion xA. It didn’t come with a second key, they had me wait 2 hours to finish paper work that took no more than 10 minutes to complete and they turned off the check engine light the day I went to see it because 3 days later it came on. The car needed a new vapor canister. It’s now January 11, 2021 and I still haven’t received my title. I contacted them about the title November 3, 2020 and was told it’s taking longer because of COVID so I should receive it by the next month. I called the Secretary of State today to find out the status since I still haven’t received it and was informed that the dealership barely started working on the title December 8th and it’s not done so they haven’t even sent it in yet. This place will never get my business again and I suggest you avoid it as well. More
