When I left for a few minutes while my husband finished the sale the finance manager apparently added in some bogus charges even though my husband had signed papers saying he did not want those items. He later told me he did it because the price we negotiated was too low. Then as part of the sales agrement the said they would send us a manual because it was missing. 4 months later and numerous calls and nothing done except lies. More

No one answers their extension/phone, and no one returns voicemails. I left three voicemails for the GM to remedy my minor issues, five days ago!!!!!
