I do not like going into car dealerships or the whole process of buying a vehicle, but Matt, Alden and Alex made it easy! I purchased a 2023 Tiguan with Hettel at VK of South Charlotte and had a great ex process of buying a vehicle, but Matt, Alden and Alex made it easy! I purchased a 2023 Tiguan with Hettel at VK of South Charlotte and had a great experience. I explained Matt what I was looking for and my budget, and he worked to find the perfect car for me. This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I do not like going into car dealerships until I know numbers and Chris Hand took me seriously when I asked him to have an approval for me befor had. He is the first salesperson to do that for me without trying to convince me to come in, he worked at my pace with absolutely no pressure. He was able to get me in the car I want and color I want after 4 test drives in 2 days. I would 100% recommend VW of South Charlotte and Chris. More
