I was searching for a small sporty hatchback online and was set up with Wellesley VW through VW's Certified Pre-Owned portal. Without hesitation, and in a totally genial yet professional manner, he told me this car absolutely fit my personality. He was absolutely right. I had done my research and I narrowed my selection down to a MkV GTI and a Mini Cooper S; Andy's service alone would have been enough to sell me. The list price was good, but the web-only listing was just about perfect. Andy bent over backwards to suit my needs before, during, and after the sale.
