When I came in, Phil Myers assisted and he too was MORE than helpful, friendly, and professional. He got me in/out of there quickly and effeciently, but never made me feel rushed and ensured he answered all my questions or addressed any concerns. He was more than polite with walking me to the loaner car and offering to assist to get any belongings from my car to the loaner. It is RARE that I have had any issues with Westside Lexus, and BOTH Scott and Phil were exceptional in their level of customer service and taking care of any issues/questions/concerns that I had.
