The staff was all very welcoming and reasonable with our requests. We only wanted a white van and they went above and beyond to make that happen. There was never any pressure to make a decision that day nor was there any pressure to purchase from them. We visited the competition in Madison as any car buyer would and were very turned off by their tactics. If you are a "facts based" buyer than Wilde is your place. I bought a 2012 Honda CRV from Wilde yesterday. I'm 42 and this is the first time I've felt compelled to write a review, so that should tell you something right from the start. After dealing with a few other sales reps at the various dealerships around Madison, I found myself most comfortable doing business with Landon at Wilde Honda. It was a "no stress" environment. No pushy, shady sales tactics. I felt he was letting the products speak for themselves. It was clear the dealership wasn't desperate to make a sale, and after going through the numbers I felt they priced their vehicles fairly. That being said, I do wish I had received a better deal, as they only went down several hundred from the sticker price on the vehicle, but again, it was priced fairly to begin with so I expected negotiations wouldn't go very far. All said and done, even though I couldn't get them to go down very far off the sticker, I felt I got a fair deal. Not a steal...but a fair deal. I'm ok with that. I walked away feeling good and with the peace of mind in knowing that the professional, fair and friendly service I received will be there waiting for me if I should ever have a problem with this vehicle. This was my first visit to Wilde East Towne Honda. It was extremely easy to schedule a same-day appoinment for a battery replacement. When I came in person for my appointment, she was very helpful, proactively obtaining information to my questions, arranging additional services I requested and prepared an estimate of the charges she expected for the services. She also made me feel very welcome, as did Tom, the other service advisor in the area. I should also state that the receptionist showed me to the area where Cheryl was and also asked me if I'd like a beverage. Chreryl aso came to the waiting area and updated me on what was happening, which I appreciated. When my car was ready, she brought me the service charges and paperwork (she was within $7 of the estimate). She also gave me additional information on my car as this is the first Honda I have ever owned. Cheryl also gave me her work schedule for the remainder of the week in case I need to contact her about a follow-up issue. Based on this wonderful experience, I will not hesitate to bring my car back for all maintenance and refer Wilde East Town Honda to anyone I know that is looking for service and/or to purchase a new vehicle. I know that when I am ready for my next car, this is where I plan on purchasing it. More

My situation required extra effort from Wilde East Towne Honda, and I'm happy to report they exceeded my expectations in everything I asked of them. I live in Minnesota, 450 miles from Madison. I had been looking for a used Infiniti G37x in nice condition with low miles for quite some time. When I saw on the internet that Wilde East Towne Honda had just put a 2011 Infiniti G37x up for sale, I immediately called and had the good fortune of being connected with Charlie Condon. Charlie is a great guy and was always cheerful and willing to put in extra effort to get me the information I asked for. Before I would consider purchasing a plane ticket to Madison, I had to convince myself that I wasn't taking on an unreasonable amount of risk. Some of the things I asked Charlie to do for me: * To e-mail pictures of the vehicle, inside and out, from every angle. * To take the vehicle for a drive himself to check for anything that might indicate a problem. * To put the vehicle up on a hoist and take pictures of the undercarriage. At one point, I had wrongly convinced myself that the wheels on the vehicle weren't original. I was ready to abandon the deal altogether, but Shawn Stittleburg did the research to prove to me that they were indeed original. He also kept his cool (I can be pretty darned stubborn) and allowed me to take the time I needed to do my own research. Over many phone calls and e-mails, Charlie Condon and Shawn Stittleburg earned my trust. I caught a plane to Madison, and Charlie picked me up at the airport with his personal vehicle so I wouldn't have to find my own way to the dealership. When I got there, I found everything that Charlie and Shawn had told me about the vehicle was true. It was in impeccable condition and had been detailed to perfection. They even put it up on the hoist again for me so I could inspect the undercarriage in person. If you're wondering if it's possible to buy a used car from Wilde East Towne Honda if you live out of state from Wisconsin, I'm here to say that they will put in the extra effort to make it possible for you. Many things overlooked on the vehicle checklist, one or both rear shock totally leaked out and junk causing the car to dart across the road when you hit a big bump at highway speed and antenna was broke. They fixed these issues-thanks-I know you didn't have too fix after the sale. But yesterday I noticed right headlight pointing down (first time I drove it at night) I went to adjust and noticed it is broken, not happy I have to replace. So, if you buy a used car from Wilde East Madison you better double check EVERYTHING on the car. More
