My new Telluride with 4500 miles had an engine light come on. Royal was the nearest Kia dealer from our vacation condo. We drove in without an appointment and Kenneth handled my problem. Professional but friendly . He arranged for a Lyft home, took 3 tries, and when ready offered a Lyft back to the dealer. All at Royal were frienly and easy to talk to. Too bad I live in Chicago.

A few weeks ago I bought a used car from DeMarko at Mark Kia. Unfortunately I couldn’t drive off with it because it had to be inspected but DeMarko was awesome with keeping me updated on the status and check in with me nearly everyday. He was very patient and always willing to explain certain things I didn’t quite understand, I would certainly recommend anyone in search of a vehicle to work with DeMarko! And for the service department I highly recommend working with Brian as a service advisor because he’s kind, knowledgeable and is willing to go above and beyond to help assist you. It was a pleasure working with both DeMarko and Brian!

My visit to the dealership was for an upgrade on anti-theft software recall. The Center has been renovated since I was there last and it's very nice, so clean and comfortable (esp. the ladies' room) Coffee and snacks available and plenty of space to sit and read or watch TV as I waited. I was informed along the way how things were going with my car. They finished before the specified time and they made sure EVERYTHING was working as it should before I left the dealership. Very comfortable and reassuring for me to continue to use KIA PRESCOTT VALLEY on 5600 E Market St,

My 2013 Sportage had a check engine light appear. My first thought was that this would end up costing me lots of time and money. My service advisor, Tyler K. was extremely forthright about everything. In the end, after running an OBD scan and other testing it was a false check engine reading. I paid nothing (zero) dollars for this visit to the service department. It is so refreshing to work with honest people. I could have been charged for any number of services but not so at Sands. Thank you Sands Kia! You have a customer for life.

The service department is very poor, as other people have already mentioned in other reviews. Good luck speaking to anyone on the phone about a service-related issue! They don't answer their phone, and they don't bother to call you back. After several efforts to speak to someone there about a simple question I had and not receiving any replies, I am done with Jim Click Kia. Extremely frustrating after buying a new car from them in February of 2023.
