This is my seventh vehicle I’ve purchased from Redlands Dodge starting with Tom Bell Chevrolet years ago however Redlands Dodge has been my go to for a new pick up or vehicle for the last 14 years. I always appreciate enjoy the professionalism, the courteous the direct business with prices, etc. currently I have been dealing with Grahgm and Bill in sales also with Fred in Service and Edgar the assistant to sales all of these people have been professional honest and very attentive to my needs for vehicle purposes. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a professional service and with people with integrity and honesty. Best dealership in the area.

I had just started my searching for a used Jeep and I ended up going here after a not so good experience at a national retailer. Surf, my sales guy, was very polite, professional. He listened to what I wanted and I ended up with a better, newer Jeep than what I was finding elsewhere. Surf went to his manager Tony and was able to get me a lot closer to where I wanted to be, but got me a great deal on a Jeep I absolutely love. Given the start of my journey, it was great to have it end the way it did.

My experience with the Cerritos Dodge Dealership and each of the employees I worked with was truly incomparable to any other car buying experience. From the moment I stepped on the lot (to buy my first new car) I was treated with respect, honesty, patience, and hospitality. I am illiterate when it comes to anything auto and they did an incredible job of breaking everything down and educating me on the vehicle, its capabilities, and other comps in a way I was able to walk away feeling confident and knowledgeable. And did all of this with integrity and kindness. I'm torn because I love my car so much but yesterday made me want to go back to them and buy a new car like every week just to keep riding this high hahaha Todd, Frank, and George made my first auto purchase one of my most favorite days of my life. I'm just so happy. I've officially owned the car for less than 24 hours and I've already gone outside just to look at my car sittin' pretty in the driveway at least half a dozen times lol If you need a car, you need to go here

My last visit to Crystal Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was about a year and a half ago, and the service was terrible. I needed service to my Jeep, so I took it in last week, and I got to tell you their service now is impeccable. I found out that they revamped the management around that time, a year and a half ago or so. Honestly, what a blessing, to experience 100% customer service. It's a nice feeling to have a dealership that goes out of their way for the customer, and excellent customer service. If you didn't have a good experience with them in the past, give them another chance, I don't think it'll be disappointing. Alex took good care of me, and my Jeep. Upon arrival, Enrique warmly greeted me, and literally within seconds had my vehicle in the hands of the technicians. In my humble opinion, Enrique is the absolute Best! He is kind, professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of the customer’s time. He gives his word and he stands on business, and that is admirable! I was pleasantly surprised by the speed with which they were working collaboratively to handle my concerns! What an absolute pleasure and joy, spending time at this dealership. Rolando together with his manager Jordan made is very easy, and stress free too come to a great deal beforehand. There was no back-and-forth for hours on end, nope it was so pleasant, we had already worked out the numbers, and only needed to look over the new vehicle, and run credit before sitting with the finance person. About 2 hours in and out, a lot of heartfelt laughter and just a good experience. The dealership is a nice and clean place, with some great tunes playing out over the speakers both inside and outside. Thank you for the great service, and super pleasant experience.

Thursday, April 11 I took my Mercedes Sprinter to this dealer. My sliding side door was stuck and Mercedes recommended that I try them. I met Matt Smith, Sales Consultant. When I asked him where the service department was and told him about my horrible day he began to walk me over to the Service area. He asked if he could look at the issue and see if he could give it a try to fix it. And....he did look at it and fix it!!!!!!! Yes. He was my savior for the day. I have dealt with John and Norman in service for my 2022 Chrysler 300 Limited and everything has been done right. On the sale side, my purchase was easy and they even delivered the vehicle to my home for my wife with a red bow for her to take pictures in our driveway which was a special touch and certainly very appreciative as I did not asked for that but I let it be known it was for her so that was nice.
