Took 1-1/2 days to replace back brake pads. Had a Friday appointment at 8:30am. Dealer didn’t look at the truck until 4pm. Said they needed to work on Saturday because not enough time after 4pm Friday. I don’t understand why they set appointments and then don’t look at the truck for 8 hours. Very frustrating.

This service department took great care of us and our 2018 AWD Sienna. Our transmission was failing prematurely and Dan Moran and Scott Gardunio both went above and beyond to get Toyota to cover a large portion of the cost of the major repairs. They also provided a loaner vehicle and kept us well informed of the status of our repair. We’ve owned 6 Toyotas since moving to Colorado Springs and this service department has always provided outstanding service for us. Highly recommend.

Cannot get service, no response for callbacks and do not pickup telephones. Have been left on hold for over 45 minutes then cut off with no one ever answering. Was to call back if engine light came back on, tried but no one ever answered, called 6days in a row. .

I took my car in on Friday afternoon, called with diagnosis of problem and ordered the parts on Monday. Parts were in on Wednesday. They had the car ready to run and out of the shop on Thursday afternoon. I was extremely pleased with the service I was kept up-to-date throughout the entire process I would give them credit for going the extra mile. My service advisor was excellent (alex).
