I've had the GREAT fortune of working with Keith Ketchum and his service department on my 2007 Chevy. Keith has gone to great lengths to get my truck up and running again. Having worked at dealerships previously I know that the only thing that any dealer has to sell that is different than the other dealers is SERVICE. Keith goes out of his way to make sure that customers get the BEST possible service. Would HIGHLY recommend King GMS's service department of all my family & friends!! So much respect for Keith Ketchum & his Service Team!! GREAT JOB ! ! !

The “mouse problem” was taken care of. He was helpful, kind, answered all my questions and took the time to explain things. I have gone to Markley for 25 years and have only had great experiences.

Have nothing but great things to say about their service here. Andrew went above and beyond good customer service. They fixed my vehicle and took car of the bill through the Calgary dealership. Monday morning Kemal worked to find the parts needed to get my son back on the road. Kemal was amazing and so helpful during a very stressful time for me and my son!
