I had a manifold issue with my Nissan that stemmed from a not-at-fault accident. Service Advisor, Nick Casparino went out of his way to assist me with the insurance company in getting my vehicle the repair that it required. Nick's customer service was top-notch. He knows his stuff!

By far the best European car dealership in New England. Year and a half ago purchased an A 6 Audi 3.2. Not only was I satisfied with the price and quality but the service is amazing. This is unusual for me to say because servicing a German car can be a nightmare if you go through Audi Service who will nickel and dime you...and I know this because I used to own A6 2.8 .well anyways recently I convinced my brother to buy a Passat from North Bay Imports. But he's been having issues with it. But Chris from service has been taking care of it. never had to visit VW and spend hundreds of dollars And that's why I took the time to write this review because they are simply are amazing. there's just no comparison. And I look forward to buy my next Audi there.

Our check engine light came on and we called Henri Michaud our salesman. He told us to bring our vehicle in. We brought our truck in and Rich the mechanic was completely upfront and honest with us and said they would need to keep it a few days to fix the problem right. They gave us a beautiful loaner vehicle to dive until we got our truck back. We picked our truck up not only did they wash it and fill the gas tank up they also made us 2 spare keys. Come to find out we also had a remote starter. The service here was awesome and I would recommend Papa's to anyone. The next time we buy a car it will be from Henri even though we live a hour away. Thanks again Henri and Rich!

A 5 Star rating to the Service Department Team of Brian Eckert at Todd Alfa Romeo in Danbury, CT dealership is not enough! Brian’s team always exceeds my expectations. I needed an oil change and a couple of things that were needed to be checked on my Alfa Romeo Veloce Stelvio and Azalea was the representative who assisted me in getting my Stelvio serviced. Azalea is very helpful, kept me updated, she’s very cheerful and overall great personality! Even though Brian Eckert, Fixed Operations Director is behind the scene I know Brian did what he did to make sure that everything in my Stelvio is in good working condition. Brian is the same great guy since the day we met him in year 2020. He’s always available whenever we needed to talk to him.
