My Review Of Schaller Acura:

I have been a customer of Schaller since I bought my first Acura Legend in 1987. Four Acura's later I now own a 2013 RDX sold to us by Teri Lupacchino in the Sales Department. Teri is courteous, highly knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. She knew we were torn between the technology package and the one without the package. Showing us the added features and giving us time to think about it really helped in making the decision to GO FOR IT!!!! At the time of pick up she went over all the programming and driving details with me and boy were there lots of them! She was so patient with me learning how to use the new system, I can't say enough good things about the experience. Schaller is, by far, the best dealer for sales and extraordinary service they provide. I wouldn't go anywhere else! The service manager, David Wiltsie, has been around since I started, this says a lot for the type of employer Schaller must be. Thank you Schaller Family, you are the best!!!

My Review Of Schaller Acura:

replaced calipers and brakes, the new caliper was faulty so they replaced it free of charge and threw in an oil change I requested.....joe was very helpful in showing me a diagram and explaining how the brakes work. its a little far from my home but they are worth it.......been coming here for years because I trust them with my car:)

My Review Of Schaller Acura:

Best service in the industry by far.

I called to schedule service for my 2006 Acura TL and Joe answered the phone, professionally I might add. He asked the reason for my call and I proceeded to describe the issues with my car. He understood immediately and as it turned out, accurately diagnosed both issues I described.

My request for early arrival was granted and at 6:45 am the next day I pulled in front of the maintenance bay expecting to wait until 7:15, the time of my appointment. Up comes the door and Brian Coughlin is inviting me in. He welcomed me and made me feel at home. He showed me to the waiting room and stated he would come and get me when the work was completed.

As early as I was Schaller Acura had the coffee brewed and a full array of local papers available in the waiting room, along with snacks and beverages.

The waiting area was clean and bright.

Right on queue forty five minutes later Brian came to get me and brought me to the cashier and thanked me for my business.

All issues were fixed car was clean.

This dealership has its act together. I highly recommend purchasing a car or getting service done at this location.

The employees and the service exceeded my expectations and the total cost for all this good service and attention to detail was $56.00 dollars.

Oustanding dealership to work with. Have purchased 3 new Acura's, sevice my Toyota and never have had an issue that they could not fix to my satisfaction. Best dealership I have ever worked with. Service Manager Dave Wiltsie is super. Very responsive and very knowledgeable. Rob Horton is always following up if I have any concerns or thins I can not figure out in the new vehicle! I can not say enough about this business. I highly recommend the product and the service.

I've encounter some minor problems with the purchase of my used 09 Acura TL and without any questions, they were resolved. This is one of the best dealerships I have dealt with.
