Please make sure that Brian Walsh is not a robot, because he was perfect in every way! His customer service was mind-blowing. He handled every single obstacle with grace, and a smile on his face. The world "thorough" comes to mind. Friendly, knowledgable, and those beautiful blue eyes did not hurt the situation. (I'm straight, lol) I seriously don't know how amazingly I lucked-out getting him to handle my purchase. Was obviously meant to be. So when you are ready for a vehicle purchase, choose Subaru, but specifically Premier Subaru in Branford. And God help you if you do not ask for BRIAN WALSH by name!!!

just bought my third Suburu from Suburban and honestly I wouldn't go anywhere else. salespeople are knowledgeable and no pressure. Amanda was my salesperson and was very patient as I looked at multiple vehicles and then she found me my perfect one. Finance lady was also great...found me an amazing rate AND a discounted bumper to bumper warranty for 9 years (Not that any of my Suburus have needed it: 8 years with my last Forester and no issues at all) a really wonderful experience with this team

I have always found the sales and service group to be of the highest caliber. I currently own 2 vehicles and one that was recently traded in that were all purchased from Dan Perkins Subaru and was in part deeply involved in the purchase of two more for an immediate family member. I can't give enough praise to the service group which is the reason I keep coming back to this dealership, they all are extremely pleasant, listen intently and work extremely hard to keep me as a happy customer. We purchased a 2020 Ford Transit Connect used from the Subaru of Stamford and it was at a very good price, and they did all the servicing tot eh van before we purchased the van. Jeramy was the sale consultant and he was fantastic. From the communication to the final purchasing Jeramy and staff was top notch. When I left the dealership with the transit connect the transmission was giving me a lot of problems. I called Jeramy immediate and he asked me to bring the truck back the same morning. They reviewed the issues with a local Ford dealership and had the transmission rebuilt with a new torque convertor at no charge which was around 5K. I purchase a lot of vans and cars over the years, and I have to say this dealership is top notch with customer service and honestly which is very hard to find in a dealership and sales consultant today. Subaru of Stamford is the best hands down.

I did not have to wait for someone to be ready to meet with me. We got straight to business, as I knew what car I wanted to test drive. We took the car out on as many roads as I wanted to until I felt comfortable driving the car. We went on small roads, parking lots and highway so that I got experiencing changing gears as I was test driving a car with a 6 speed manual transmission and I was accustomed to a 5 speed. A couple days after bringing the car home I could not figure out how to open the back hatch. I called my salesman on his cell and he called me back within a couple minutes and was able to walk me through the process and texted me pictures to help me find the release button. He told me to feel free to come in and he would spend time with me to find out more about my car if I needed it.
