The friendly welcoming greeting, the concern for our needs, his product knowledge, and the way we guided through the process with our concerns and needs setting the pace not his or the dealerships. The delivery was a team effort with a delivery specialist who took the time to clear all old data and digital preferences from the care and helped set up Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay seat memories… Also few days later we heard from Ted following up if we had any questions or concerns with the car. This was a five star experience and I would recommend anyone I know to go to Premier and buy a car from Ted

just bought my third Suburu from Suburban and honestly I wouldn't go anywhere else. salespeople are knowledgeable and no pressure. Amanda was my salesperson and was very patient as I looked at multiple vehicles and then she found me my perfect one. Finance lady was also great...found me an amazing rate AND a discounted bumper to bumper warranty for 9 years (Not that any of my Suburus have needed it: 8 years with my last Forester and no issues at all) a really wonderful experience with this team

I currently own 2 vehicles and one that was recently traded in that were all purchased from Dan Perkins Subaru and was in part deeply involved in the purchase of two more for an immediate family member. I can't give enough praise to the service group which is the reason I keep coming back to this dealership, they all are extremely pleasant, listen intently and work extremely hard to keep me as a happy customer. Our salesman, Jesus, sold us the 2019 Forrester that we just upgraded to our new 2026 vehicle. It was great to work with him again 7 years later. The techie, Ben, gave us a thorough overview of all the fabulous electronics that help to personalize our vehicle. He's a fantastic asset to the entire process and it's clear that he loves his job. I did not have to wait for someone to be ready to meet with me. We got straight to business, as I knew what car I wanted to test drive. We took the car out on as many roads as I wanted to until I felt comfortable driving the car. We went on small roads, parking lots and highway so that I got experiencing changing gears as I was test driving a car with a 6 speed manual transmission and I was accustomed to a 5 speed. A couple days after bringing the car home I could not figure out how to open the back hatch. I called my salesman on his cell and he called me back within a couple minutes and was able to walk me through the process and texted me pictures to help me find the release button. He told me to feel free to come in and he would spend time with me to find out more about my car if I needed it.
