July 3, 2026 Seven Stars Congratulations to the Land Rover Palm Beach Team once again, we’ve been purchasing our vehicles at their dealership for over thirty years. Juan Marquez has been exceptional, as usual, (we purchase all our vehicles through him). He worked on the timing and details to trade in our 2023 RR Sport to maximize pricing and warranties and we purchased a Santori Murdered Black 2026 Defender X 110 P400 with Ebony interior and a Gigolo Green RR Sport Dynamic SE with Caraway and Ebony leather interior. Simply, “bodaciously awesome!” Added the trickle chargers for both SUVs and the deployable step on the Sport. Crissy Hawkins the dealership’s Business Manager always gets us the best financing and optionality as possible, while never trying to sell warranties and/or services that we may never use. Juan and Crissy are always very knowledgeable and on top of their game with their customer service, attention to detail and follow through as well as, with their recommendations — neither sells us an SUV, or financing, they advice us and present us with the best choices and optionality for our consideration. There’s never any pressure and/or stress, just pure enjoyment, which is how it should be. We were also introduced to Mike Fixler, Master Certified Service Guide, whose team delivered each vehicle “spit spot,” with all the accessories. Well Done! Matt and team were our service guide and technicians on our previous SUV’s, and they too were always excellent. Our trade in and purchase price for both vehicles were reasonable and very fair — we also do our research, but you always leave a little more money on the table than expected — but it’s worth it! The long term relationship, pricing, value, quality and service are built in for the long term, not the quick “sale and go!” By the way, the owners are expanding the dealership, to make better use of the space for the showroom and servicing, and to add to their family friendly customer environment. Their values are are embedded in everything the dealership stands for. You don’t become “raving fans” for over thirty years, if the entire team isn’t focused on delighting us as a customer by providing a trusted, transparent and quality sales and service environment for its customers, with selection, pricing, servicing, follow through and follow up that’s unmatched! Mr. Lane was friendly, helpful and persistent. The deal could have been made a week prior but management wouldn't negotiate till it was the very end of the month. I'm sure they needed the sale since it was the end of the month and the 27's will be out soon. The dealer add on fees are ridiculous and I was ready to buy a new vehicle in Tampa, (which is where I was headed that day), with no dealership fees. I had already been in contact with a salesperson and had negotiated a deal for a 2026, same truck with a few more options. Mr. Lane called as I was waiting on my friend to drive me down so that I wouldn't have to wait for delivery, which was free. Landrover management had finally come down to my offer. I still thought about going to Tampa as it was a 2026 rather than a 2025. Decided to make the deal here rather than in Tampa, mainly due to Mr. Lane's persistence in trying to get the sale. Overall, the purchase went through quickly, my bank took the longest amount of time. While the dealership offered to re-run everything, I did not want to go that route. The bank finally got everything together and the purchase was finished. Thank you

My husband and I test drove two models and right away were offered a great price for the model I liked and were able to finalize the buy in less than 2 hours. I have been to many car dealers in my life; from BMW's to Mercedes and VW but I had never had such a positive, fast and pleasant experience as this one. I was even able to turn in my previous lease at this dealership even though it is from another make. Jordan also was very diligent getting my Range Rover before it was scheduled for delivery. Great experience with everyone at the dealership. Ordered the 2025 Range Rover Autobiography, and it was delivered as promised and with red carpet treatment. I first tried to order the same SUV from other Land Rover dealerships in my area, but JLR Melbourne was very receptive, returned calls, and followed up with my during the whole process. I was treated indifferently by other Range Rover dealerships in the Orlando Area. Even though JLR Melbourne is an hour from where I live, they delivered!

I ordered a Range Rover sport. After waiting three months the car finally arrived. Although I was being charge for the option of a panoramic roof, the car arrived with a fixed roof. Initially the dealership blamed me. They checked her records and realized I was right. I was able to my deposit back but that was all. Andy Wise the manager did not even have the courtesy to talk to me. Totally unprofessional deceitful and lying. Avoid this dealership like the plague
