It took over a month and they never even told me when my car was done. Melanie lied to me and told me it was Allstates fault, but Allstate had everything documented and showed that VISTA BMW collsion was at fault. They are simply unbelieveable. They kept asking for supplementation and taking a ridiculous amount of time to get it done.

Minor damage taking one month and I paid over $1000 in rental car coverage.
