Visiting this Dealership and the Service Department is always a painless experience. The service area is clean and tidy, along with plenty personnel who quickly greet you in the drive-up area. Luke is an awesome guy... he is friendly, organized and professional and shows a genuine concern for your time. I especially like the fact that he is clearly empowered to make decisions and not excuses as with most dealerships who seemingly train their empolyee's to make excuses and therefore provide poor to terrible service and then use tremendous effort begging for a good review. I have used the AutoNation Mobile Service twice. I have to admit I was skeptical about having curbside car maintenance but I am happily surprised! The technician does everything that the dealership would do for oil changes, tire rotation and other routine maintenance in your driveway - SUPER convenient! My technician, Chris, was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions.

Staff is good, service time is good. Went in for the 2nd time with a shudder feeling, this time they recommended balancing the tires for $90.00 that I knew would not resolve the problem but did it just to apease them . It did not fix the problem. GM is aware of piticular problems but don't want to fix it properly.

There was nothing wrong with the front pass door and bellino insisted on continuing to strip it down and it cost me $995 extra. I told him twice in person, he said he did it to make sure the door color matched the fender even after I told him not to. My truck is 15 yrs old. I ended up getting 2 scratches on my back tailgate and a few other issues. Bellino said he would correct them all to just leave my truck 3 more days. He had it almost 30 days. He never updated my invoice to reflect the unauthorized unnecessary work on the door, I have photo's of the door before and emails to backup my claim. I told him I still contest the $995.
