I love this dealership and will only get my camaro serviced here! I drive all the way from Key West, 4 hours away, All because the customer service! Carlos in the service department, he is my representative, and he is the best!! I always know that I’m in the best hands with Carlos overseeing the work they do on my car. He never lets me get on the road unsafe as he knows I travel a lot for my business. But I also know that they are honest here and don’t try to sell me stuff that my car doesn’t need! This is so important and again this dealership does a great job! I highly recommend them for your Chevrolet service!!

Well after all these service visits I am finally able to give you a better rating, it took forever but your getting better !! You could of gotten 5 stars on this visit but you dropped the ball when my truck was done. My appointment was for 9:45am and my truck was done I want to say by 10:00am and back out the finish line but once again not thinking about the customer, between them having some sort of meeting in the office of the person that wrote up my work order plus the fact the tech that did the work turned in the wrong paper work on my truck, so I physically didn't get in and leave till 10:20am !!!! Well you guys almost lived up to all your dealer hype, you know I should get three free oil and rotation changes just for the migraine you guys give me !!! Well let's see what happens next visit, maybe just maybe you will out perform my expectations !!

Let me start by saying thanks to Dan the service manager at Grieco Chevrolet in Lauderhill Florida. I have a 2018 3500 Cheverolet when applying the brakes, I would get a bad shake in my steering wheel and the brake was not the best the problem did not happen all the time, which made it hard to replace or repair Dan communicated and kept me in the loop while he spoke with engineers and others at Chevrolet to gain knowledge about the issue there was repairs made on the brakes and the steering thanks to Dan the service manager and his service team for all the effort they made to correct the problem I am back on the road and very happy with Grieco Cheverolet in Lauderhill Florida they went above and beyond to make things right and correct the problem for their customers.
