I picked this service center because it had the best reviews, so I figured I’d give it a try—and I definitely don’t regret it! I had to drive all the way from Key West since the service center there sucks, and I needed my car fixed fast. They didn’t make me wait long to figure out what was wrong with my car. Since I had to get back to Key West for work and couldn’t hang around, they gave me a loaner car. A few hours later, before I even got home, they called to say my car was ready! I didn’t expect them to fix the AC and replace part of the exhaust pipe that quickly! Awesome service! ROXANA was Amazing and super helpful!

Outstanding service from the Service Department! Mike Stevens is the best! I had an appointment to install a tire monitor sensor, but a flat tire caused me to miss my appointment time. "No problem" says Mike, "bring it in when you can, and squeeze you in." I showed up 2 hours late, with the flat in the back of my Tahoe, and the spare on the wheel. Without my even asking, Mike had the flat tire repaired and put back on the wheel, and, of course, I got the sensor installed, all within about 90 minutes. Gotta love this guy.

Let me start by saying thanks to Dan the service manager at Grieco Chevrolet in Lauderhill Florida. I have a 2018 3500 Cheverolet when applying the brakes, I would get a bad shake in my steering wheel and the brake was not the best the problem did not happen all the time, which made it hard to replace or repair Dan communicated and kept me in the loop while he spoke with engineers and others at Chevrolet to gain knowledge about the issue there was repairs made on the brakes and the steering thanks to Dan the service manager and his service team for all the effort they made to correct the problem I am back on the road and very happy with Grieco Cheverolet in Lauderhill Florida they went above and beyond to make things right and correct the problem for their customers.
