I brought in my 2014 Chevy Silverado because 2 parts in the remanufactured transmission went bad. At first it seemed I was getting very little help. DON in service was helpful, but his hands were somewhat tied. GM had the parts on backorder nationwide. I called GM ...no help. I handed the communication over to my brother, who is a mechanic in Washington state. He called and spoke with Dave and was able to get a new remanufactured transmission installed right away. I was without my vehicle for over a month, but Dave took the bull by the horns and made it happen. A big thanks to Dave and his crew. I love my Chevy and will continue to do business with the company that makes things right. That's WALLACE! Thanks DAVE!
