Scheduled appt for help with 2024 Tucson SEL A/C odor and phone connection issues. I thought my phone had an issue with connection and was quickly & kindly shown by Morgan in the service department it was only MY volume setting on car phone volume ( User error) :) AC needed the compartment filter changed and that has seemed to take care of the AC smell issue. Justin was my appointed service tech he was very kind , knowledgeable and helpful with the overall appointment. Loving the walk around service inspection video they email/text to show to review what was inspected ( Battery, Air filter & Cabin air filter) and what is found and suggested. Bill Strzelecki called me and thoroughly explained the collision repair process and issues while working with my insurance company. I feel better about AutoNation and I'm a satisfied customer.

On Saturday 4/26 I went to the dealership to get an oil change, Josh from service took care of me and he was very good. He informed me that the oil change mileage was set wrong at the factory and reset that so that I get on a 7500 mile oil change schedule and got the Tucson into service to apply a firmware recall. He said it would take 2 hours and I was out of the dealership in less than 2 hours.
