Sport Subaru service reps have always been top of the line with us since we purchased our accent. However when we came in yeaterday to talk about the paint job on our car, we checked in with Paul who has always provided excellent service to us since he has been our service representative. After discussing the roughness of our paint Paul had the car washed and wax to see if the surface of the paint still felt rough and it did. Paul requested his service manager, Chad Vance to come out and check it. After talking with Chad we were told this was not covered under the paint warranty we had purchased. My wife or I did not care for the tone of Chad's voice. We felt we were sold a bogus warranty from what we remember being told about the warranty from the sales associate at the time of purchase. After leaving a little angry after dealing with Chad. I had mentioned contacting the FTC about being lied to on that particular warranty it didn't phase Chad and he just said go ahead and contact them. That's when I felt that maybe we made a mistake dealing with Sport Subaru. Anyway got home and read through the warranty again and Chad was right, there was nothing I could do and the warranty expires this month so not even worth canceling, lesson learned on warranties. My apologies to Chad but still did not care for the frustrated tone in his voice. If we ever decide to buy from subaru again we will not be purchasing the extra warranties. Thank you for your time.

Together as a team they listened, took detailed notes regarding the service issue and reached up the ranks to resolve this issue with great professionalism. It has been a pleasure working with such amazing service and upper management that represent Subaru and keep the customer and future customer "happy". I am more than pleased and hope young men like this are recognized for future promotions and recognition. In today's service industry they are considered, "a dying breed" Thank you for instilling hope in the customer!

A rear wheel bearing went on my 2018 Forrester. I made an appointment, and I left the car for repair. It was all under warranty. They also did an inspection and called me with the recommendations for additional service. I had some work done and will schedule the balance of work at another time. The technician sent me a video of his work and the car was ready at the end of the day. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. So happy Jenkins took the dealership over. From the phone call to picking up my car it was a first-class experience. Thanks to the staff!

A vehicle is only as safe as its tires are reliable. Less than 2 months into driving our new 2024 Subaru Crosstrek, one of the tires failed catastrophically, blowing out on the interstate. While this dealership did acknowledge that there was no damage or debris found on the tire's driving surface, they also insisted we purchase a replacement tire despite emphasizing that such an incident was "unheard of". Leaving a review in case it is part of a larger trend of defective tires causing unnecessary risk and cost to drivers behind the wheel of a new Subaru. Update: After hearing back from the dealership, they were able to resolve my concerns. Thank you especially to Rosalie Marti, Service Manager, for stepping in.

Yesterday we did our 60,000 mile maintenance on the good ol Outback and I just have to shout out this amazing dealership. We’ve bought two Subarus through them and now that we are back in Florida, I make the hour drive to go to them for my maintenance. There is just a Subaru vibe and their’s is the best. Moses is incredibly kind, thorough and helpful. He is also just an awesome human. Tom is super knowledgeable and will teach you everything you need or want to know Subaru. He’s also super cool. The salesman are fair and honest. And everyone there literally bleeds Subaru blue. 😂 Last night, another kind gentleman gave Isaiah this super special model car , Subaru of course. They love the kiddos and the fur kiddos, which you all know my fur baby is my literal daughter. 😂 🐶 I love them and never mind hanging out there. Good coffee and good conversation. I’m also grateful they lended me an Ascent the other day while I got the work done though too. Fort Myers Subaru is way closer but they are far inferior to these guys. Thank you Conley Subaru for always having me leave better than I came! You guys rock! 💙
