Don't ever buy a car from this dealer !!! And don't make any deals with SAM ! A personal deal was made on a truck and when it came down to pay off the truck before the year he claimed he never made the deal and bumped up the price thousands more! He screwed us completely and is very rude ! Kept hanging up phone ! There is no professionalism at all with him !! And he screams and customers and I was insulted once by him. Horrible place

This place is a NIGHTMARE I purchased a 2005 Honda Odyssey With the understanding that the issues I'd pointed out would be fixed (Burning oil, alignment, motor mount) I remember it well it was my sons 9th birthday and he's autistic He was so excited (he called it the mystery machine) The salesman swore all issues would be resolved or my money back! (Big laugh there) the mechanic had it in the back for 20mins. And then said it was ready? No way! All that work would Have to take hours! I drove it around the block and as I suspended NOT FIXED! The mechanic took it for a drive,came in the back door and pulled the lady I'd been dealing with aside Told her something and then came back to me to feel me he was gonna need till tomorrow to fix it so I told the lady I'd just take my money back! She talked to the mechanic and said(he's gonna fix it now like we promised but its gonna take a bit, go get lunch and it'll be done when I get back Well 2 hours later it wasn't finished ad getting late outside I said I'd come back in the morning the salesman again assured me it would be repaired or my money back guaranteed! And as I feared next day only the motor mount was replaced So when I asked for my money back this NEW lady tell's me No REFUNDS AS IS I looked at the salesman and said That's not wat he told me! I left (without the car,) and went directly to my bank to stop payment It took my bank 2 months to deny my fraud claim and Now the vans still at there lot (or so they say) I'm out $3000.00 And every time I'm told the manager will call me they don't! These people will stupe so low as to swindle a needy family with an autistic child! Be warned!!

My service advisor, Scott Ford, was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He was there for every step of the process, treated me with respect and patiently guided me through all the details and answered all my questions. We stayed connected through social media and when it was time to buy a car for my daughter this past weekend, Scott Ford was there for us once again. Truthfully, all of the staff at Frontier Motors are simply amazing. The ear-to-ear smile on my daughter’s face when her picture was taken standing next to her ‘new’ Nissan Rogue Sport filled my heart with joy and pride! The bank will not loan on the car like Alex said it would. Mountain America WILL NOT lend the fool amount on a branded or rebuilt vehicle. He said to take these papers into the bank and everything will be fine. Well it's not fine. He kept saying, "If you have a good working relationship with they will lend 100%. I can literal reference hundreds of times this has worked." That's right blame us for your error in not taking us they would only lend at 60% at best. If you've encountered this over one hundred times you knew this would happen and you said NOTHING! I asked the credit union about this statement, they said that's illegal. My wife's credit is down almost 60 points thanks to these individuals.

I went to CarMax while waiting to pick someone up from the airport. Even though I was clearly window shopping, the salesman took me around the lot, showed me numerous vehicles and helped me refine my car search. I ended up buying a vehicle from a dealer near my house in Alachua, but if they had not had what I wanted, I would have been willing to go back to Orlando or to Jacksonville to purchase a vehicle. Maybe Carmax should come to the Gainesville area.:)

I purchased a Nissan rogue last month but after driving the car for few hours on the highway i notice a very rare sound like in the tires as a woman my mechanical knowledge is limited and was very worried because i purchase this car myself and everybody told me that dealership take advantage of womans bla bla bla, so i call my Sales Rep at JP Powercars and we set an appointment to get it check, well just to be short, i never experience a level of customer service like the one i received from Karina Santos, extraordinary customer service, they were doing a cook out and i have my lunch on them "yay" lucky me the noise was only a Big nail that my tire caught up so they decide to replace the tire with a matching tire (new) and i also receive a complementary car wash. it was a great time with them, while they were taking care of customers 'sales"..... great guys, buy from them.

this car dealership was a nightmare, I purchased the car and two weeks later white thick smoke was coming out the engine, and the water resevoir was bubbling hot, I took it back and they said they would fix it over the weekend. Once we got the car back a week later same problems. Once again they said they fixed the problem. We took the car to a mechanic he said the bottom of the car was all rusted out and it comes from up North and was probably stuck in snow or submerged in water. when the problem happened again I went back there it was a sign on the gate they were closed for two weeks and was waiting to get more inventory, came back in two weeks still closed. Now it's a new company, they just up and disappeared. Scandalous and horrible if it was a rating lower than 1 star they would get it, this should be illegal and they should be out of business permanently. Let's start fighting back and expose the names of these people.

Son went to purchase a family car from this business, and arrived with family in tow. So Salesman sells him a "muscle car" never disclosing and never asking about insurance or driving record. The next day, when trying to obtain insurance for the car, we discovered the insurance was nearly as much as the car payment. The dealer new, or should have known, that insurance for that car would have been extremely expensive for a male driver in their mid to late 20s, yet they failed to disclose that. The dealership use pressure to convince and secure a sale that was contrary to the benefit of all parties. The dealership had opportunities to provide a fair and equitable exchange vehicles, but they chose to take advantage of the situation and maximize profit at the expense of the customer. During the vehicle exchange they bought the car back for substantially less than it was purchased. They offered little or no discount on the exchange car offering us an opportunity to take a hit on both the front end and the back, a double whammy! When we questioned them about the numbers about discounts etc. they moved numbers around to make it look as if they were offering a deal, LOL. They were offering a deal, a bad one. It certainly was a lesson learned. But nevertheless a bad deal. We will not purchase another vehicle from "certified nationwide".

Both times I got the best deal I could find anywhere in Central Florida, after plenty of internet searching and shopping all around. I was impressed by their efficient auto loan and paperwork process, as well. They're set up with both Space Coast Credit Union and Community Credit Union to be able to get you quickly approved at the same interest rate you would get directly from either source, so it saves you time from having to get pre-approved to get your best possible APR. I definitely recommend Gen-X Motors to anyone in the market for a great-condition, late model vehicle!

Promises were made and never made it on paper. Walk away people. Made me wait 2hrs to sign paperwork and they tried to rush the paperwork in front of me to get me out the door. Kept apologizing at how long i was waiting. Old tactic but still effective. Make sure you do your homework before you purchase the vehicle you want. Dont just sign because you got approved. In the long run, you want it to be to your benefit not theirs. They make their money which ever way, but just dont make it anymore extra then they want.

Traded for another car and took that to be evaluated and it had approx. $2300. for repairs told Mirabella I would have it repaired and they said "oh no cheaper for us to have it done" so Dean came to my house and picked up the car and left the other car that I had taken back as the loaner while the car was being repaired. I NEVER saw that car again or my license plate. After hiring a private investigator and atty and getting the Tampa police involved I found out they sold the car on Ebay. The Tampa police detective told me that because they had not signed my Bill of Sale which was a "slight of hand" that she could not arrest them. So, they titled the car that was the original car that I took back to them without my knowing it and one day the forged title shows up in my mail. The Tampa police told me that deceptive practice was common for them and Tallahassee had many claims against them. So, I was not successful in putting them in jail and the current title that I do have has fraud attached to it because it was fraud but, I need to get that released as this is the only car I have and I paid $30,000 cash and can't get my title freed. The woman at DMV says "when you go to the dealership to trade just have them call the fraud dept they will release the title????" What...I need this title now and have waited for the DMV to release it and they know full well the complete story. they are now unresponsive. I have a police detective, private investigator and all my paperwork but, I am getting no where and this has been a nightmare. I would love to make them pay....frustrated...

BUYER BEWARE!!! NO STARS- HAD TO PUT 1 TO LEAVE A REVIEW- THIS PLACE WILL LIE, CHEAT, N STEAL TO MAKE A DEAL‐ SCAMMERS AT ITS BEST! Very disappointed and dissatisfied with this dealership. Never dealt with a dealership with no care or compassion for there customers as the second you sign on the dotted line and they got your money and then you are taking advantage of. I WILL NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN! Got a vehicle and spent over 1000$ within the first couple wks of owning it to at least make it drivable. Never filled up vehicle with fuel/ oil change/ front pads and rotors/ after purchase check engine light due to cylinder missfires spent even more on spark plugs/ then vct solenoids/ frayed connectors/had hard shifting and even more on trans service/ tires. Ironically made an additional agreement for the same amount of money during purchase. Before paying the additional agreement asked, they gave me no remorse but yet they gave me a run around about the services that was promised during purchase. Asked them to ONLY pay for the parts (before buying said parts/repairs) simply because I am a Senior Master Certified Technician N trust no1 else to work on my vehicles. I have seen horrible things over the yrs, by even certified techs that I have worked with in the past. Sure this place doesn't have any real certified individuals doing the work on these auctioned off vehicles, simply because mine wasn't even detailed before purchase, let alone inspected?! No response on the said issue when mengioned to salesmen?. I was told by the saleman his " Boss" would call me and never did. Then the following wk texts and asks for agreement money. Even tho I mentioned the issues and money spent the wkend of, as if he cared. ( I won't put the salesmans name on blast due to respect- he knows who he is- I just blame the entire dealership for allowing this and not helping us out with any money spent ) only response was him only asking me for money. Then they held my tags as ransom and told me I had to pay the agreement before they would give me the tags as if that's legal? Wouldn't even tell me the price for them, so we will have the money at hand. Went in today to talk with the sales manager and he said he had no idea about said issues ( only been there for a wk he claimed- so salesman must have never relayed my issue to "new management" apparently as if he really even cared either ? ) He even said this is the first real complaint he has had with a customer, told him based on past reviews he better buckle up- being a wk new- cuz he is gonna have alot more customer complaints coming his way!. The sales manager still wouldn't help with the amount of money put into the vehicle and still demanded the rest of the agreement made before receiving my tags. This place is hopeless, to say the least. I do plan on buying alot more vehicles for myself plus wife and my kids. UNFORTUNATELY FOR THIS ESTABLISHMENT- I WILL NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN!!!

The staff is helpful but the owners don't care about their customers. I was sold a lemon. It has issues with the transmission, ac, belt, computer and the radiator. I asked them to make it right and put me in another vehicle. I was told I would have to make another down payment and add the remainder of my original loan on top of that. Not to mention the vehicle I purchased was listed at over $7000 and was only worth $2000. Do not buy a car here unless you want to overpay & have your vehicle break down before it is paid off. Update They sell lemons and have you pay extra for the warranty. The only problem with that is they refuse to honor their warranties. Good luck if you decide to purchase a car here. You will def be disappointed.

They lied and tried to steal $6000 more than the listed price! extremely rude and unprofessional!! Changed the listing price of 10,999 to over $16,000 waited till AFTER I paied to have it added to my insurance to say anything. He said on his website there was $2999 in fees so I guess that means he was just trying to pocket $2000?, kept walking away during the sale, said it was his car, he put alot of work and money into it even though there was a flat tire, broken rear gate, evap leak, bad catalytic converter(I scanned it with obd2 dtc scanner) I drove over 6 hours from PA with a baby and a pregnant wife to be lied to and disrespected by a greesy slimeball hustler conman, I could tell as soon as I pulled up he had an attitude problem, he even cursed at and threatened my wife! I've purchased alot of cars and it was never more than 500-600 dollars to have it registered and fees! I'm disgusted and furious!! to lie

After being totally exhausted by every car dealer in Vero I found After Lease Auto and they worked with my cheerfully, happily, and after closing time as I didn't arrive until 5. The whole team made the experience a pleasant one. Love my "new to me" car and will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a vehicle. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car there although hopefully not for a few years yet!

Truly exceptional personal contempt for walk in customers. I don't believe that this is a real,operating business...if it was,they would have shut down years ago.More likely,its a front for one of the Miami area's shadier criminal enterprises.A storefront and a few junk cars out front give them the appearance of a real (shady) used car lot. Thank goodness they would not return my calls or texts or emails.I found a very well cared for used car of the same model for less money with a nice,reputable dealer a few miles away.
