From start to finish my experience with Jim Ellis Audi of Atlanta was exceptional. They focused on being transparent about the total pricing. Once I decided on the car the total time with financing was about 2 1/2 hours which to me is very reasonable because that also included a test drive. I highly recommend Gus as a sales person. While waiting I was able to eat lunch at the Quattro Cafe, full menu, nice staff, and excellent food. The dealership is about a 3 hour drive for me and I will never go anywhere else if I can help it.

I’m in my 70’s and have dealt with many dealerships over the years. My buying experience at Audi South Atlanta was great! DeLacy Smith answered my online inquiry quickly, had the car ready for me when I arrived, and was a pleasure to deal with as was Paul Mitchell, finance manager, who found a lower interest rate than my pre-approved loan and clearly explained each document before asking me to sign it. It was well worth my 2 1/2 hour drive to get the exact car I was looking for from good people at Audi South Atlanta.

Splendid! This is my second Audi, and like my first it’s a performance vehicle. They deliver the level of service one expects and then some. I recently read a review which mentioned that they overcharged. I tell you what, you get what you pay for and do your research beforehand…IJS

I drive an hour, past the Audi dealer close to me, to use this dealer because my experience is always the best. If the car is going to take a long time for service, they are great in providing loaner cars, which not all dealers provide.
