As well as being knowledgable, he is extremely friendly and patient when explaining the issues involved. He cares that the right work gets done, the right way, in the timeframe discussed. We know we will be needing service throughout the life of our vehicle, so it is important to us to go to people we trust. Shannon provides us with wonderful care as well. Everything was great except for the fact that the service writer only checked my truck for I think 2 codes when there were originally 4~6 codes DTC that I had written down when the vehicle left me stranded and I checked the codes with my code reader. So I called Tanya up and asked her if the other codes could have lead to permanent Transmission Damage. On which she said that she would ask the Technician and get back to me with an answer. And I still haven’t heard back from her!
