They are the BEST! - al h. hardee
I could not be happier with the people and service at Stone. Mt. V/W. The purchase of my new 2016 Beetle was a great experience and Wayne Williams was the perfect sales man. Thank you!

Brian Bolton was very dedicated - 08 ford f250
I recently purchased a pre owned truck from J Ellis VW Atlanta. It was about a hour and half drive so I asked the salesman, via text message, to save me a trip by just telling me everything that was wrong with the truck. He was very forthcoming and even took additional pictures of the few dings and dents in the truck. He stated late after a lengthy negotiation to finish the deal. He delivered this level of dedication while dealing with a family tragedy. He followed up after the sale and remained helpful when we forgot to get our garage door opener out of the vehicle we traded. I would recommend Brian Bolton to anyone purchasing a vehicle.
Great Experience - beetle, lavey396
Experience was wonderful and short. Both the Sales Manager, Frank Dickenson and Seth Rogers Brand Specialist were great. Gave me the price I wanted and also went over the car in detail and showed me around the facility. I purchased the Volkswagen Beetle and the car is well worth the money. Rides nice, interior is nice, and it has just what I need in a car. Thank you for making my night great!
Fast, reliable, trustworthy. - Gajuan
Jason, Anthony, and the entire Volkswagen team were amazing! They made me a deal, and worked with my budget. They were personable, and genuinely had my family's best interest in heart. Thank you for putting us in our first new car. Also Catherine helped us understand financing, and warranty issues. She even helped keep my son from crying by giving him a VW doggie named Bug lol. You all are the best.
Honest Dealership - 2011jetta
I purchased a used car that needed brakes after a short time. The service people are very pleasant. That can not be said for some other dealerships I have used. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they took care of the repair for me. They stand by their cars and are reputable.

Our salesman was Jerry McCoy and would definitely recommend working with him. Jerry made the process of buying a car less grueling by being very personable and friendly while always remaining professional.
The dealership is clean and organized; they have a play area for smaller kids, a waiting area, kitchen with refreshments etc.
The finance person was also very professional and helpful, patiently answering all questions regarding paperwork, warranty options etc.

Consuella Greene made me feel at ease, answered all questions and catered to my need and specifics as well as she could. Mrs. Greene and the Gerald Jones family were inviting, warm and caring, they made me feel like I was at a family reunion.

I drove 160 miles round trip to check out a used vehicle at Jeff Smith VW. After an extensive test drive, I mentioned a couple of concerns that I had about the car. They more than addressed the concerns and offered service above and beyond what I expected, including a 5 year, 100K mile warranty effective from the date of purchase on a USED CAR. This warranty was INCLUDED in the sale price -- not an expense in addition to the sale price. Because I live some distance from the dealership, they even offered to send a driver to drop off a free loaner vehicle and pick up my vehicle to bring it back to Jeff Smith for service -- for no additional cost. I interacted with about five different people while I was there and each one of them was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. My only less-than-ideal comment about my experience there is that they can be perhaps a little too "persistent" in trying to close the deal, but the many positives they offer far outweighed that annoyance. Kudos to Rick Hall, Ferlando Williams and Anida Blanton, all of whom were particularly helpful.
Great experience! - tj531
As a first-time car buyer, I wasn't sure what to expect. Luckily, I went to Kuhn VW and worked with Clayton Hays! He is fantastic and made the experience as smooth as possible. Clayton is knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. He also didn't push me to do anything I wasn't comfortable doing and it really seemed like he had a genuine interest in helping me find the right car. I left yesterday with a CPO 2013 Tiguan and couldn't be happier. Thanks Clayton and the entire Kuhn VW staff!
The Absolute Worst - Carguy124
I don't often post online reviews, however, given the horrid experience I've had with this dealership I felt obligated to share so hopefully I can save others from going through this as well. This was my first car buying experience and I was thrilled to be able to purchase a car on my own without the help of my parents. Let me tell you, I was literally ALONE. My car salesperson left me alone for several hours in her office while she disappeared. I tried to page her but to no avail. After I had been there for four hours (mind you I already came in knowing exactly which car I wanted) I was finally brought back to the financing department and there was a light at the end of the tunnel. That light burned out quickly though, because our finance rep had no idea what they were doing. This was 100% forgiveable at the time, considering they had only been there for two weeks but she was very "thorough" to ensure there were no mistakes. Several hours later I excitedly drove off the lot in my new car thinking the transaction from xxxx was over. WRONG. Several days after I left I received a phone call about paperwork that they had left out and needed me to sign. This wouldn't have been a big deal except that it happened twice. Once I returned the docs I thought it was over, wrong again. They called me and needed me to resign my contract. I was obviously very upset about this so I took my newly signed contract to the dealership and spoke to the manager who assured me no further documentation was necessary. However, I received a FOURTH call stating they need me to resign the contract that I had just resigned for them two weeks prior due to another clerical error. The worst part, is that while I was on the phone with the finance person he minimized the situation acting like it wasn't a big deal and stated I wasn't the only person this was happening to... Are you kidding me? Did I mention they can't pay off the car I traded in until my "paperwork is complete" - pretty insane considering I purchased this car OVER A MONTH AGO. This has been the most nightmarish purchasing experience in my entire life. Save yourself, go somewhere else.
Poor service, poor location, no pride... - John Galt
Bought a car here at a better price than dealer in Warner Robins, but have repeatedly gotten poor service. Took car in for 30-day check, employees standing around smoking or on computer playing, only one service writer, work got done, but detailer did poor job; in fact top of car and hood had circular scratches like the rag had been dropped on the ground. On another occasion had work done on car, but found it was not done when I got home as I had marked consumable parts that should have been replaced. Recently my salesman called me, said he'd quit and was working somewhere else, so I rode past VW dealership - like a graveyard. I realize brand is having some problems (diesel), but there were hardly any cars, only one salesman, employees standing around smoking - just no pride. Sorry to say a reputable dealer like Jackson bought his brand at a bad time and has been stuck with a poor staff culture. I think it would be best it dealer merged over on Subaru or Mercedes lot and that facility and staff were utilized to sell VWs and fire everyone over at Eisenhower location.
