I tend to be a little overly cautious. Mohammad Al-Tamimi got me the exact car I was looking for at a great price and the only surprise I had at the dealership is that there were no surprises. I am very satisfied with this entire experience with the Volkswagen dealership and personnel. Sometimes the process is long and painful but at Volkswagen it ran like a well oil machine. I felt like all my needs and concerned were heard and met.

I was in and out before i could complete my coffee in the waiting room. The place was clean and the service was great. I love the theater room perhaps I see more of it in the future. The location is right off the main interstate and easy to find.

For all you current or ex-military veteran folks out there who like to work with the same, Jim Ellis had 3 branches of service greet me just about at the door. Being a veteran I really like working with my brothers in arms and the service here at Jim Ellis was outstanding. I purchased a previous VW TDI from one of their competitors back in Sept 2015. I had the option of trading it in or having it fixed and after a few conversations with their service manager at the competitor, I lost all faith in "Heritage". Needless to say after speaking with Steve the GM at Jim Ellis, he put me in touch with Larry Fitzpatrick. Larry is retired military and a super standup guy. All those years of building character showed and from the moment I met him there was a bond. He didn't try to sell me he showed me exactly what I asked found the car, color and model I wanted and had me in and out in a few hours. I would recommend him to anyone.

I recently purchased a pre owned truck from J Ellis VW Atlanta. It was about a hour and half drive so I asked the salesman, via text message, to save me a trip by just telling me everything that was wrong with the truck. He was very forthcoming and even took additional pictures of the few dings and dents in the truck. He stated late after a lengthy negotiation to finish the deal. He delivered this level of dedication while dealing with a family tragedy. He followed up after the sale and remained helpful when we forgot to get our garage door opener out of the vehicle we traded. I would recommend Brian Bolton to anyone purchasing a vehicle.

I bought a brand new Jetta at Kuhn and it was a fantastic experience. Clayton was great in helping me find the right vehicle. He got me a great deal on the car as well as my trade in. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted, but Clayton guided me in what turned out to be the totally right direction without being pushy in any way. The whole process was really easy. They were even able to get me get custom leather put into a car that didn't come with it, but was otherwise the perfect car. The leather was definitely worth it.

I drove 160 miles round trip to check out a used vehicle at Jeff Smith VW. After an extensive test drive, I mentioned a couple of concerns that I had about the car. They more than addressed the concerns and offered service above and beyond what I expected, including a 5 year, 100K mile warranty effective from the date of purchase on a USED CAR. This warranty was INCLUDED in the sale price -- not an expense in addition to the sale price. Because I live some distance from the dealership, they even offered to send a driver to drop off a free loaner vehicle and pick up my vehicle to bring it back to Jeff Smith for service -- for no additional cost. I interacted with about five different people while I was there and each one of them was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. My only less-than-ideal comment about my experience there is that they can be perhaps a little too "persistent" in trying to close the deal, but the many positives they offer far outweighed that annoyance. Kudos to Rick Hall, Ferlando Williams and Anida Blanton, all of whom were particularly helpful.

Overcharged us to not fix our car. Wouldn't tell us what was wrong with it unless we paid another $150 for a diagnosis. Also, the non-repair took a lot longer than they told us.
Poor service, poor location, no pride... - John Galt
Bought a car here at a better price than dealer in Warner Robins, but have repeatedly gotten poor service. Took car in for 30-day check, employees standing around smoking or on computer playing, only one service writer, work got done, but detailer did poor job; in fact top of car and hood had circular scratches like the rag had been dropped on the ground. On another occasion had work done on car, but found it was not done when I got home as I had marked consumable parts that should have been replaced. Recently my salesman called me, said he'd quit and was working somewhere else, so I rode past VW dealership - like a graveyard. I realize brand is having some problems (diesel), but there were hardly any cars, only one salesman, employees standing around smoking - just no pride. Sorry to say a reputable dealer like Jackson bought his brand at a bad time and has been stuck with a poor staff culture. I think it would be best it dealer merged over on Subaru or Mercedes lot and that facility and staff were utilized to sell VWs and fire everyone over at Eisenhower location.
