This was my first-ever car purchasing experience, and the staff did an excellent job of walking me through the various models and being sure I got to see the different features for first-hand comparison. They helped me work through the purchase v lease decision, as well whether I should go with a new or certified, pre-owned model. When I made the decision to purchase, the process was smooth from finance conversations clear through pulling away in my new Tiguan! They also followed up early this week to see if I had any questions.
They were also exceptionally professional as we walked through the complicated details of the finance side. They thoroughly reviewed all of my options, patiently answered all of my questions, and took the time to make sure I understood what I'd need to do moving forward. Staff also followed up via email early this week.
A huge thanks to Bill and Karl, who made this process, which was initially intimidating enough to me to put off for almost two years, stress free. I especially appreciate the fact that they've both been clear that they're available for any follow-up questions.

Our salesman was Jerry McCoy and would definitely recommend working with him. Jerry made the process of buying a car less grueling by being very personable and friendly while always remaining professional.
The dealership is clean and organized; they have a play area for smaller kids, a waiting area, kitchen with refreshments etc.
The finance person was also very professional and helpful, patiently answering all questions regarding paperwork, warranty options etc.

I came to Vaden Volkswagen to look at the jetta diesels. I didnt want to talk to a salesperson at all, i just wanted to look around. And then it happened. A salesperson walked up to me and said hey how are you? At first in all honesty i thought she was a boy and I came off a bit mean, but after we started talking I realized she was very friendly and actually pretty funny. She knew the car inside out and provided me with everything. She still keeps in touch and I purchased this car about 6 months ago. Very friendly and very professional. Loved the experience.

THEY CHANGED THE OIL IN MY 2 YEAR OLD DIESEL BEETLE. THEY DID NOT SECURE OIL PLUG. THEY HAD TO REPLACE TURBO BUT DID NOT REPLACE ENGINE. THEY WILL ONLY GIVE ME A 12 MONTH 12,000 MILE WARRANTY ON THE ENGINE.
THEY ARE TAKING NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR NEGLIGENCE. MISTAKES HAPPEN BUT NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY IS UNACCEPTABLE.

Today, 16 March 2016, I sent an on-line inquiry to this dealership regarding the purchase of parts and using the Volkswagen Goodwill credit card that is sent to owners of the TDI vehicles. I sat down and typed out a two paragraph message using Kuhn's own web page asking if I could use the credit card at their parts department.
Later in the morning I receive a telephone call from a salesman at this dealership trying to sell me a car. I never once showed any interest in purchasing a vehicle and I sent the message to the dealership in order to make arrangements to purchase parts. I was told that none of the message was even received at the dealership and that all they receive is my name, phone number, and e-mail.
For future reference, note that this place is not interested in servicing the vehicles that they sell. I won't waste my trip up to Cobb Parkway for the purpose of buying a VW or getting parts ever again. Kuhn is rather obtuse to the needs and desires of the buying public.

I purchased a vechile from Butler in May 2014. I asked was the vehicle ever involved in an accident. I was told no on more than one occasion. Two months later on a routine oil change I was told I need to replace two tires and my car was involved in a severe accident. I took the car back to the dealer when the used car manager told me there was nothing wrong with my car after a test drive. I insisted the vecihle be given a thorough inspection because I now had water leaking on the floor board. Butler took my vehicle and told me they would contact back in a few days. Three weeks latet after multiple attempts I was informed I was driving around on a bent tire rod. Don't buy or service your vehicle at this location. They are dishonest and crooks.
