This is our second car from this particular dealership and we continue to purchase from them. Our dealer was Hong, and he was extremely patient with us even though we were still in the process of deciding, and he did his best to match the price we wanted. Thank you Hong and VW!

Knowledgable, accommodating, non-pushy sales team. Really liked working with Curtis as well as Alex. Curtis addressed all my questions and concerns, and helped steer me away from a car I THOUGH I wanted. He patiently worked with me on a price that I could afford. Frank (a manager) was very nice and let me finish the paperwork the next day, since it was getting late. The waiting areas and bathrooms are very nice, clean, comfortable, modern looking, and lots of natural lighting. There is free hot coffee and drinks, snacks, and cold filtered water! These things matter when you're there for hours and days at a time (and you will be when you buy a car). I honestly wasn't planning on buying a VW but my husband made me test drive a 2011 Tiguan (certified). Of course I fell in love with it- all the luxury features, and the panoramic moon roof is gorgeous! I love that it's certified. It looked and even smelled new. I locked myself out a few days ago, and because it's certified it was free to get it unlocked. Speaking of freebies, the car came with it's service up to date, oil changed, detailed, etc. The only negative is the car was clean BUT for having been "just detailed" I expected it to be perfect, and there were some things left unfinished. Their customer service department handled it and were super nice.

We were looking for a specific color combo Passat SEL and Keith Matthews was the ONLY person who came up with what we wanted, in 45 minutes.. this is the 2nd time I have bought a VW from him. He is helpful, courteous and Heritage was fair with us with the price. I just wish they were closer to my home!

Wow! First review?! Crazy to think that seeing as how my experience was absolutely wonderful. From start to finish the whole process ran super smooth. I worked with Blaine as my sales rep and he was way more than helpful! He answered all of my questions and told me everything I needed to know to about my new Jetta! No one at the dealership was pushy at all. The General Manager (Jason) introduced himself almost as soon as I got to the store and was very friendly. It's a rarity that you get to meet the GM of a store without asking to speak to one. From that point on I was a vey happy camper. Even the dreaded finance part of the process was easy and smooth! I worked with Michael who was very informative and broke down all of the numbers so everything made sense to me. Overall I couldn't imagine buying a car anywhere else. Plus, their showroom is like a museum!! Very good vibe! I recommend their services to anyone looking to purchase a VW or a pre-owned car!!!

On our way fro Canada to Florida, our engine light went on. O'Steen was the closest VW dealership. We pulled in and the staff made room for us in their service schedule so that they could do an immediate diagnosis of the problem. They kept us informed of the findings, gave the car a test run, and gave us the OK to continue on our journey with peace of mind. We could not have asked for a better place for this to happen!

After a prolonged and unpleasant failed buying experience at Stone Mountain VW, I became my own sales consultant and did extensive research locating the exact 2017 Sportwagen we were looking for. VW of Athens happened to have the only vehicle in the Southeast US that matched our specs. I called Tony Bowers and within an hour or so, I had photos of the car. Within another hour, and with minimal haggling, Tony had authorized a very fair price and took my deposit. We arrived the next morning, the car was detailed and gassed and we were out of there with absolutely no "funny business" or sales pressure for extended warranties, etc.

Since I was a first time car buyer, I was skeptical about visiting a car dealership. However, upon my visit, I was glad to be welcomed by Clayton. He was super helpful and transparent in the entire process. He ensured regular follow ups with me, all the while not being pushy. Even though I had a dealership closer to my apartment, I preferred going to the Kuhn dealership because of the customer service offered by Clayton.

I drove 160 miles round trip to check out a used vehicle at Jeff Smith VW. After an extensive test drive, I mentioned a couple of concerns that I had about the car. They more than addressed the concerns and offered service above and beyond what I expected, including a 5 year, 100K mile warranty effective from the date of purchase on a USED CAR. This warranty was INCLUDED in the sale price -- not an expense in addition to the sale price. Because I live some distance from the dealership, they even offered to send a driver to drop off a free loaner vehicle and pick up my vehicle to bring it back to Jeff Smith for service -- for no additional cost. I interacted with about five different people while I was there and each one of them was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. My only less-than-ideal comment about my experience there is that they can be perhaps a little too "persistent" in trying to close the deal, but the many positives they offer far outweighed that annoyance. Kudos to Rick Hall, Ferlando Williams and Anida Blanton, all of whom were particularly helpful.
Stay away! - Disappointed
After having to pay over $400 to have some hoses replaced just to pass emissions, I was quoted another $600 to fix a melted fuse panel and alternator wire harness. I declined the repair of the fuse panel after finding the part at AutoZone for only $47.95. When I inspected the part myself, I found absolutely no melting of the panel. I will not be going back for anything else.
Poor service, poor location, no pride... - John Galt
Bought a car here at a better price than dealer in Warner Robins, but have repeatedly gotten poor service. Took car in for 30-day check, employees standing around smoking or on computer playing, only one service writer, work got done, but detailer did poor job; in fact top of car and hood had circular scratches like the rag had been dropped on the ground. On another occasion had work done on car, but found it was not done when I got home as I had marked consumable parts that should have been replaced. Recently my salesman called me, said he'd quit and was working somewhere else, so I rode past VW dealership - like a graveyard. I realize brand is having some problems (diesel), but there were hardly any cars, only one salesman, employees standing around smoking - just no pride. Sorry to say a reputable dealer like Jackson bought his brand at a bad time and has been stuck with a poor staff culture. I think it would be best it dealer merged over on Subaru or Mercedes lot and that facility and staff were utilized to sell VWs and fire everyone over at Eisenhower location.
