Your appointment system is very easy, and your customer service is efficient. I have been leasing Subarus recently, so my cars are relatively new and trouble-free. I have never had trouble with any of my leased cars. I feel that your service department goes out of its way to go over every aspect of my car, which makes me confident in its trouble-free functioning.
On Nov 5th of this year I brought me Crosstrek in for an overdue service and was taken care of by Ryan Cuellar. He was very kind and considerate of me personally and used several "specials" and discounts to give me the best price possible. I waited in your comfortable waiting area. I could not have been more pleased.
I was given two opportunities to evaluate my service, which I tried to do, but I'm not sure you received my input. I was not able to follow the prompts. It kept asking me for something I'd never heard of. A site key? What's that? I did my best to provide an excellent rating, but was unable to navigate the form. That's my only criticism of my service and the excellent care I was given by Ryan.
