We are very happy with our recent purchase of a used Outback Limited. Howard Marfell was our salesperson for over two decades. After he moved and left Uftring Subaru we were concerned about having to deal with a new person. Through a referral from a coworker, we went with Travis Doubet. Travis met and exceeded our expectations. It was only 1.5 hrs from test drive to leaving with our next Subaru. He is now our new "Not Howard" :)

I took my car in for a check engine light. - jrussoke35

I took my car in for a check engine light. The service writer told me that the tcv needed replacing and it was covered under an extended warranty because it was a known issue. I picked up my car and even more lights were flashing on my dash. I went right back in and I was told that now the problem is the dynamic control sensor which was caused by me being late on an oil change two oil changes ago. They told me now I need to pay to get the oil flushed and changed, and I need to make an appointment and come back, meanwhile I get 15 MPS (usually 28) and the car runs awful. No one was helpful explaining how it was fine before they changed the oil. I do not recommend this service department

Knowledgeable, able to answer all of my questions. Friendly and not at all aggressive in their approach. Whenever I went to the dealership there were friendly but not pushy folks greeting me.

Found a used Kia online and went to this dealership to check it out. Was greeted by Devin. He located the vehicle I was interested in, and we went on a test drive. He let me check the vehicle out good after the drive, and he even helped point out things the dealership had done to improve the vehicle. Devin answered all my questions, was honest and helpful. I'm still in the market, may need a little time to buy, but I will certainly be back here and hope I can buy a car from Devin. I would highly recommend him.

Kimberly was great from start to her hand off to Matt who was great from there on. He was very respectful to my wife and to my time. We were going to wait for them to get us one from another dealer. But Kimberly and her management team worked with us on a in stock Outback. They respected my little time away from work and made this happen.
