The service was excellent from the moment the front door was held open for us, to the person who said "Thank you!" at the payment section of the dealership. In addition, Mr.Ruiz spent two days with us and made us feel comfortable. We did not feel stressed or pressured by him or the team to purchase. It was so easy to buy our first Subaru. I’m happy with my purchase and the purchase of a second car a few weeks later. That should tell you we were happy enough with our sales person, Uday, to return for the second purchase. Uday was personable. He showed interest in our needs and showed us vehicles in a range of prices with all different features. Each person we spoke with in the process of buying our cars asked if they could get us anything to eat or drink. I feel safe in my Subaru!

We are very happy with our recent purchase of a used Outback Limited. Howard Marfell was our salesperson for over two decades. After he moved and left Uftring Subaru we were concerned about having to deal with a new person. Through a referral from a coworker, we went with Travis Doubet. Travis met and exceeded our expectations. It was only 1.5 hrs from test drive to leaving with our next Subaru. He is now our new "Not Howard" :)

bought a beautiful, well-maintained, one-owner, preowned Subaru Outback from Muller Subaru in March and it was hands down the best experience I’ve had buying a vehicle! Bob was my salesman, he kept in contact with me during the process and went above and beyond by getting me a 2nd key because the Outback I purchased was traded in with only one key. Jasper in finance was also great to work with, he made everything so easy! I wanted an extended warranty and he gave me tons of options to choose from. They have made me a customer for life!

I took my car in for a check engine light. The service writer told me that the tcv needed replacing and it was covered under an extended warranty because it was a known issue. I picked up my car and even more lights were flashing on my dash. I went right back in and I was told that now the problem is the dynamic control sensor which was caused by me being late on an oil change two oil changes ago. They told me now I need to pay to get the oil flushed and changed, and I need to make an appointment and come back, meanwhile I get 15 MPS (usually 28) and the car runs awful. No one was helpful explaining how it was fine before they changed the oil. I do not recommend this service department

Knowledgeable, able to answer all of my questions. Friendly and not at all aggressive in their approach. Whenever I went to the dealership there were friendly but not pushy folks greeting me.

Found a used Kia online and went to this dealership to check it out. Was greeted by Devin. He located the vehicle I was interested in, and we went on a test drive. He let me check the vehicle out good after the drive, and he even helped point out things the dealership had done to improve the vehicle. Devin answered all my questions, was honest and helpful. I'm still in the market, may need a little time to buy, but I will certainly be back here and hope I can buy a car from Devin. I would highly recommend him.
