Gurley Leep Honda - Mishawaka, IN

My experience with Roger Davis and Gurley Leep Honda could not have been better. I had taken a family friend along as this was going to be the first car I'd purchased since being widowed. Well, the dealership was great, and while it was fun to have a friend along to share the experience, I really didn't need any additional help from my friend. They walked me through everything and answered every question. I can not think of one thing they could have done to make the experience any better. I got a great price and Roger and his co workers exceeded my all of my expectations.

Butler Hyundai Kia - Indianapolis, IN

I purchased a 2 year old car there 8 months ago. The car was dirty and I didn't see scratches on the hood. In fact, I orginally thought that the salesman tried to hide them, especially after he knew that I was looking for body damage after the smell mentioned below. After talking to the general manager, they painted the hood and did a good job. But when I had gotten 20 miles down the interstate, we noticed that there were 4 cracks in the speedometer assembly. After contacting them, they said that there weren't any cracks when it left the dealership. I guess it cracked as I was going down the interstate - ha, ha, ha. Addtionally, they didn't get the 30 day plate on and it took a body shop technician 25 minutes to get it on (this was taken care of later by Butler when I left it for paint). The mats had been painted and stunk and started shedding after we got it. The paint on the rear bumper started cracking and fading shortly after the purchase. They did offer to paint it for $160 which was a good price but I'm 75 miles away so I didn't take it. I will not go back and do not recommend them.
