Since I waited so long to call them and have it fixed again, they will not fix it without me paying for it, even though it's a problem with the way they attempted to "fix" it in the first place, I still have the extended warranty, which I was told will not cover this. They now told me I have to pay to get a diagnostics test done on my center console before they will even consider fixing it. No one is returning my calls, I put in calls to consumer affairs and even made it as high as the General Manager and I have yet to receive a phonecall back. This is the worst customer service I ever received. I will NEVER recommend TOM WOOD NISSAN to anyone I know interested in a Nissan and as far as their service department goes - they lack talent and they lack customer service. They obviously are not trained mechanics if they continue to screw a screw into a hole when it is obviously stripped.

He took special care in listening to what my needs were and asked me questions pertaining to what I was currently driving - as well as what I liked/disliked about it. Then he proceeded to narrow down the choices by asking me about specific options needed, colors I preferred as well as anything else that was important to me. It felt as though I was talking with an old friend! I felt very comfortable and left that day with my brand new Altima! I LOVE IT! I would recommend Ed MArtin Nissan, as well as 'Nissan' Nate to anyone interested in getting a new vehicle.
