Car repair for MVC . They were able to get parts and do the repairs in 3 weeks. My only negative is that I feel they should have updated me a little more. Survey does not list Collision Repair department as an option. Therefore, my response is under the tab for Service.

Thanks to Alex Echennoz, Ashley Fraelich & ex Dan Borton or I probably wouldn’t go back! 15 years ago when managers office was located by the front entrance everyone (all managers & sales staff) we’re all friendly and stop me and talk. Now when I’m getting car serviced I walk through the showroom and hardly anyone talks to you. I walk outside and look at the new models and only once over the last 10 years has a young man ask if I needed any help or had a question. Im not there a lot but look at my service record im there quite a few times as I drive 60 miles just for service over the last 15 years, only because of the ones I listed above or I wouldn’t make the drive. Walk in plain cloths through service dept past reception desk and walk around and count how many people walk up to you!
