Latest Louisiana Nissan Dealer Reviews

It's also about the way that I am treated before, during, and after the sale. Royal Nissan was the only dealership that seemed to be interested in me as a customer--one for the long term. The dealership had the Maxima that I had been looking for, and my salesperson was able to get me a very fair price on the car. I was also welcomed into the Royal Nissan family and introduced to my new service advisor immediately after the sale was finalized. I would highly recommend Royal Nissan to anyone looking for a new Nissan.

And I did NOT want my credit run for ANY reason. He came back with a price for the car that I wanted that I liked. I said ok is this the TOTAL price? Tax, title, license, everything? He said yes and said I had to fill out a credit application form so he could do the contract. I made it very clear I did not want my credit run for ANY reason. I was getting my own financing. Well I sat there for 3 hours while he ran around trying to screw me over. I could never get a straight answer from him, everytime he came in the room I reminded him I did not want my credit run. He said ok, ok, ok. Well he came back in and said "we are going to finance you through Nissan." I told him NO I am getting my own financing, then he left again. Finally I walked out the room and said I want my keys to my car so I can leave. They quickly rushed me into the finance guys office and I said I have no idea whats going on? No one has given me a straight answer. I asked how much the car was and he told me a price that was 2000 over what the salesperson told me! I said no thats not what I want. I also asked if my credit was run and he said " I didn't run it." I said give my keys I'm leaving. So today I looked at my credit report and shock and surprise it was run! I will be filing a report with the BBB.
