Bought my 2023 jeep compass new from heritage in June, and had a great experience. Decided to come back to the same dealership for my first oil change/tire rotation, and I’m glad I did. Between other local Jeep dealerships putting in a cheaper oil than I paid for, to not doing a tire rotation I paid for (and denying it) I was looking for a new place to go. My service advisor David Phelps was extremely polite and professional and took care of all of my needs.

I needed o confirm that my tow hitch was factory installed or aftermarket. Because I live in Midlothian, Virginia the dealer there (Pearson Hyundai) told me it was an aftermarket tow hitch. I knew that was wrong. I called to confirm it was factory installed. I received a call from your dealership within 30 minutes of my email and it was confirmed it was factory. Your dealership volunteered to contact Pearson but it wasn't necessary. Thanks for your help.

Anderson Honda has become my go to spot for any and all problems with my Honda. They are professional, experienced and friendly. Also, they are always fair when describing their wait time. Excellent waiting area with cafe and vending machines. Plus, free water and coffee. When I wanted to read a book alone, they allowed me to sit in their kitchen where I could be undisturbed by the 2 televisions in the waiting area. Restrooms and entire dealership is always exceptionally clean.
