Kaleb was my assigned Sales Consultant when I came into Suburban Mazda Troy to test drive a CX-50 hybrid. He did a great job of explaining the different trim levels and advantages and disadvantages of gas vs. hybrid. He was very up front and transparent about the pricing of my trade in as well as what it would cost to lease the car. I commend him for his cool and calm demeanor in what can be a very stressful time for car buyers.
Excellent things to say about the Sales Department as they were friendly and went above and beyond to make my car leasing experience a good one. The Sales Manager was the most understanding of the crew who provided me with my credit report / score and presented me with the best deal possible. My leasing the CX-50 would not have been possible without his help.
I would revisit the Financing process though. There were a lot of optional add on protections that were presented when signing the paperwork that made me feel pressured to commit to a higher monthly payment than originally anticipated. Jesse was super nice and it is part of his job to make the options available, but the associated pricing was not very practical or realistic. By that I mean, my lease payment would have doubled if I had picked the most comprehensive optional protection package, which seemed to be too much to ask and was completely overwhelming to me at the time.
This is the 5th car I have gotten through the Suburban Collection in Troy (three at Hyundai and one at Honda) and I am looking forward to enjoying my new car in the years ahead. All the staff that I interacted with were genuinely interested in trying to help me get into a new car and treated me with respect. They have a really nicely designed office space and a fancy coffee maker there!
I would highly recommend visiting this dealership for your next vehicle.
