I love good customer service and feel it is worth the drive. I have a great relationship with Jason and I trust him. That means everything to a person like me. Because of Jason I have help someone buy a used car at Suburban Ford in Sterling Heights and a few days a go I leased a new car. There are a lot of dealerships I drove past just to work with someone I trust. This is the best dealership I ever purchased a car from. Mickaela was the best saleswoman I’ve ever dealt with. She is very knowledgeable about the cars and answered any questions I had. I purchased the cat from her. After 1 1\2 years I needed service. As the appointment neared I had an unexpected health issued and was going to cancel. Mickaela picked my car and delivered it to my home. That’s after purchase service. The service department is very good and makes sure you are satisfied.
