I wasn't planning to buy a truck the day that I stopped in to look at one that had caught my eye as I passed by the dealership, but once I drove in and looked at the one I was interested in, I noticed right away that I didn't get swarmed by salespeople trying to sell me on whatever they could. I looked around on my own and after seeing a couple that I was interested in, I went inside and was greeted by a really nice salesman named Tom, who first, learned what my needs were in a truck, then answered all of my questions I had. Once he saw what I was going to be using the truck for, he steered me to a RAM truck that I liked, that was priced less than the first one I was looking at because the towing capabilities were better and it overall suited my needs better. He clearly had the opportunity to make more money on the deal, but the customer's long-term experience was more important and offered me something that was better for me, plus I ended up liking the other one even better for me. The qualification and financing process with Carol was fast and friendly and I can say, the whole experience was one of the best auto buying experiences I've had. I'd recommend getting your next truck from Tri-Lakes Motors for sure. Thanks!

I can not tell you enough how great of experiences I have had with this dealership. My wife and I both lease our trucks and jeeps from glendale. We have used the same salesman over and over. Steve Hemenway has made every purchase very easy and enjoyable. If you go online and do a loan application first, he will get you in and out. We were literally in the finance office for 10 minutes, because Steve made sure everything was done. We had a friend who also purchased a new vehicle the same night, unfortunately from another dealer, ave they told us they were at that dealership for over four hours, haggling back and forth and finally making it into the finance office. Thank you Steve for making the entire process so easy. I also would like to say that the service department is top tier as well. My truck had a computer issue with only 4800 miles. Service brought a loaner vehicle out to me and picked up my truck since I was unable to leave job at that time. I could not believe they were willing to do that for me. Initially, I did not have the best experience, but I tend to not overall rate a local company because of an initial mistake, but more how they handle things when there are challenges. Cody the manager was very responsive and understanding to my feedback. I actually think he probably read "Hug Your Haters" written by my friend Jay Baer. All someone wants to do with car shopping is just get a price that makes them want to buy the car. At 2nd shot, that's what Cody did. The process was easy and Carson + random new guy on his first day (sorry forgot your name, but you were cool) were super friendly and fun. Actually asking me questions in a way where they seemed to try and get to know me while I was buying. The finance guy didn't try and oversell me on something I didn't need and was just straight forward. Then Cody even double checked on me at the end and offered to help with something I cared about in the future. That's how businesses in our area should be about things so we should encourage these types of things. Overall, the result was something I would say was good and I think me sharing the feedback will actually help them. Running businesses are hard so sometimes grace is needed and then when it happens then there's a good experience that results. That is what happened with me.
