Turned in vehicle 2112 jeep wrangler for extended service - cake
Turned in vehicle 2112 jeep wrangler for extended service coverage repairs. Initial reason for service was a rear wheel axle seal leaking causing the brakes to drag to the left. Service professionals not only repaired the seal in accordance with the service plan, but they investigated the other side of the axle to find the same problem forming there. They also investigated the front brakes and determined their culpability in the dragging actions. They determined this required repairs and replacements. Without asking them, they scanned my computer to find several issues with multiple sensors. They did a thorough investigation and repaired everything they found out of specifications.
Keep in mind that all the above repairs were covered under a service warranty; they could have just slapped the single new seal into place and called it good. They didn't stop at the most obvious problem, but went beyond my request and repaired several items that took several headaches off my plate.
Our jeep is in good running order now, the dash lights have stopped and the brakes feel like a new vehicle again.
They cared for a beat up jeep with 225,000 miles on it.
Thank you
Another plus, they are really easy to drop a vehicle off with. leave it in the parking lot, drop a key in the box and leave a voicemail about where it was and describe the vehicle, they do the rest.
Simply put, I have learned to trust these guys.
