Just wanted to share how pleased I am with both of the the service appointments that I experienced recently on my 2009 Toyota Corolla. Ron Wiggans was my service advisor for my first visit for regular maintenance and was great to work with. During my second visit Alfredo Bisig kept me informed on the timeframe of the timing gear replacement. I had wifi available and comfortable chairs with workspace to utilize while I waited. Everyone in the service department was great to work with and my car was repaired in a timely manner and at a much better price than quoted by other places.

My Wife and I bought our first BMW 2.5 years ago. Josh Reichlin was our Client Advisor . He found exactly what we were looking for and the whole process was the best we ever experienced. Our last scheduled service the service was taking longer than expected. The service department contacted Josh and Josh found us a BMW to drive (all without us knowing) and recommended a couple restaurants for lunch. When we came back from lunch not only was the scheduled service finished, but they were able to find and replace an exhaust tip trim kit (the original had some paint peeling), all at no cost. This dealership (Sales and Service) strives to provide the best possible service and make its customers happy. We live over 100 miles away, but because of their friendliness and service we will be buying again from Josh and this dealership when the time comes!

I looked for Cody Pavish today, who sold me my favorite Toyota yet! He is always wonderful and ever so knowledgeable.. Micah Bond stopped his work to graciously assist, by answering some very important, technical, concerns that I had, (in Cody's absence). Cody is the reason this is my third toyota in 25 years. I tried to by a Lexis one day(2021), but couldn't get attention/courtesy/respect so... I returned to Cody and that day purchased a beautiful Camry!. We walked in to Cable Dahmer Kia to get some help figuring out all of the bells and whistles on our new 2025 Kia Sorento that we purchased in California in May. Dylon spent at least an hour with us and was so helpful going over the mechanics of the car. All the way from the driving and safety features, the comfort, the infotainment, the screens etc. Dylon knew so much about the vehicle and was happy to help. He was polite, friendly, and professional. If we are in the market for another vehicle we will be sure to come to him again. He also walked us through the dealership and showed us the service department. Five stars for Dylon and 5 stars for a very clean, uncluttered, beautiful, well maintained and welcoming business environment.

Jacob Thomas is someone I can always count on for solid advice on any car purchase, and is a reliable and loyal person to anyone he meets. He is a standup guy who’s always straightforward with anyone he knows, as well as anyone he does business with. He’s a people person and actually enjoys putting effort into anything he does. I highly recommend taking a chance on making your next purchase with him. He won’t try to force you into a deal like a lot of salesman will, he’d rather make sure you’re getting not only what you want, but what you need the most.
