Sherry Moore was an absolute joy to work with! Looking for a used car, in our price range was proving to be nearly impossible, but She stuck with us and the car we eventually bought had just arrived and Sherry snatched it up for us. We had been looking the car over and were talking about how to get the headlight lens cleaned up to look back to near new. When we picked up the car after the safety inspection, Sherry had had that issue taken care of for us. I had purchased a Nissen Versa years back and had such excellent service at that time that when we were thinking about adding a second car, Sid Dillon came to mind first and foremost! Even tho we are in Kansas and nearly 2 hours away, Dillions was worth the trip!

Matt was awesome. He was patient and let me look at more trucks than I probably should have. He took the time to educate me on what Chevy offers as a dealer and as a major vehicle producer. I would have bought something from him but I was to slow. That's business I guess. There was another dealer that I worked with too but I cant remember his name.

The sales person was okay when he agreed to waive the $85 title fee since I was paying with cash since the vehicle had no floor mats, drivers side mirror was broken, and the front-end drives with a wobble. But here is the kicker, this car was listed with 166,000 miles. I read 116,000 on the odometer. Reading Carfax I learned the odometer reading was exempt after 110,000 miles while owned by the state of Nebraska. Not sure what is up with this, but I can say, the big boss there was condescending, I would never finance there.

Unfortunately it was no longer available, but our disappointment had nothing to do with Sid Dillon's prompt and courteous follow-up. It would have been the perfect SUV for my daughter in Atlanta who heads up the nutritional testing lab for the CDC. Though she did find a similar value in Atlanta just a few days later. Thank you
