I was looking for a very specific car and they happened to have it on the lot. Despite my initial hesitation about going that far to end up at the same ole used car lot that I had experienced over the last month of looking at cars within 300 miles of my house.... I was absolutely wrong on this assumption! Bob Settell was my salesman. He was very upfront about the vehicle I was looking at. Felt he pulled no punches or typical car salesmanship where they try to get you to buy on emotions. NONE of this happened. Bob was very laid back, yet having the right balance of selling me a car and letting me mull things over, and of course worked with me on the price. Again, without any of the "if you don't act now" or anything else to rush a decision. Bob recognized how important my purchase of this collector's car was to me and had Eric Bigler come speak with me about the car I was interested in. They were able to provide the entire history on the vehicle and go over any questions I had about it. And I had a ton. During the entire process I was treated with nothing but respect, genuineness, and integrity.
Bottom line is that you owe it to yourself to at least swing by to experience the difference this dealership makes in the car buying experience.
