The sales person was arrogant beyond belief - insulting and aggressive. When I had the temerity to suggest that maybe there was something wrong with his approach, he asked me if I would like to get into a fist-fight with him. As incredible as this sounds, it is true !!, it would be comical if I had read this about someone elses experience, but it actually happened to me.
I went to the Planet Nissan website with the intent of logging a complaint, or contacting a manager, but I then read some reviews that other consumers had left about this dealer, and quickly came to the conclusion that it was not an isolated problem but an issue that was endemic with the operation. I therefore decided not to waste my time, but logged a complaint directly with Nissan instead - we'll see if they care enought to respond.
