My husband and I have been overseas in the War in Iraq, which is always mission first, well George would be a wonderful battle buddy. 😇🙏🏾 I give George and this location 5 stars. I met Larry Neal, the Service Manager who gave me brief bio/history of their Service Department, including tenure of their techs. Rissa, who greeted me initially took the extra step to ensue my questions were answered and assisted with more set up of my new car features. Tommy was thorough, researching the need for inspection. (Helpful as I am new to NC.). And Bob was my service tech on my recent scheduled maintenance. He too, was informative, helpful, professional. Answered my questions about future preventive maintenance. Vann York Toyota is and should be proud of their Service Department. Pair this experience, with the top notch sales process when purchasing my vehicle, I put Vann York in the top tier of dealerships I have encountered (having lived all over the U.,S.) Service at VW of Concord yesterday was superb as usual. Olga is the very best as service advisor, but the whole service team is fantastic. Parts were needed that had to be ordered, but this was done very expeditiously. Their need was noted on Saturday and yesterday, Tuesday, they were there and ready to install. The work was done quickly while I waited. The total time spent for the repair was far less than 2 hours. Excellent work, to say the least. I highly recommend having a VW of any model serviced at VW of Concord. Even the waiting area is excellent!

Sitting in service feeling a little bored, so decided to go out and take a look on the lot just to help time pass. Nate came up, welcomed and thanked me for coming out, then asked how he could help me! I told him I had a new car in service and wouldn’t be buying but I did have a few quick questions if he didn’t mind. He happily answered all of my questions and was very helpful! As I mentioned before, I’m not in the market now, but if I was looking to buy a car, I would feel confident doing so through Nate!

Williams service goes above and beyond, never trying to "upsell" you for things you don't need. I implicitly trust this dealership and am glad I moved my service business there.
