My 2023 Forester developed a engine oil leak. - deanomite

My 2023 Forester developed a engine oil leak. I took it here. They found the passenger side valve cover was leaking oil. It took a couple of days to fix it because the gasket they got from another dealer was the wrong one. They cleaned the bottom of the car while waiting for the correct gasket. Next day, the installed it. So far, it is working fine. However, I checked the oil and found they did not bother to top off the oil level. I think they should have as the car had lost quite a bit of oil. I did it myself. That is why I am giving them a 4 star rating instead of 5. I will use them again.

My 2016 Ford F150 pickup truck developed oil leaks and I had to take it in for service last week. Phil Winkelmann was my service rep. Phil was very professional, pleasant and patient with me. He told me it would take 2 to 3 days to get it fixed. I was provided with Uber rides back and forth from the Service Department and my house. It did take 2 days to get it fixed. I am very satisfied with the repair.

I found myself stranded in the Youngstown area after getting off the turnpike. My check engine light came on, starting flashing and my car wanted to stall. I worked with service rep Heather at Preston Hyundai and she took incredible care of me. They were super busy with appointments and other emergencies but she was great with me and took my car in promising to keep me updated. I had to leave the car for the week and with the Thanksgiving holiday involved, I had it back in perfect shape. Thanks to this service department. I highly recommend.

About a month in, I had a little concern and needed to set up a service appointment. Let me tell you, dealing with service departments can be a bit daunting, but my experience was different! I was warmly welcomed by Ted Ambrose, a service advisor, who really took the time to listen to my concerns. He made sure to expedite the service for me, which I truly appreciated. My car was diagnosed quickly, and I left feeling really happy with the top-notch service I received. A huge thank you to Ted Ambrose for going above and beyond!
